The host was amazing, welcoming, friendly & helpful. Best B&B by far .  The little touches to suit your needs make it special.    A must stay at place and the guests made the stay good too as they were all so friendly.  All I can say is forget the rest and stay at the best .

The hosts were amazing!  They offered ideas on where to tour the area (great advice) and places to eat.  We felt at home and we loved the location.  The bed was very very comfortable and I slept so well.

Lovely compact single room with comfy bed. View of St Michaels Mount from the balcony. Fold up table and chair was useful to work from, good wifi, excellent breakfast.

Was looking for a quiet place to stay a short distance away from Penzance Centre, and this was exactly what I found. Bay Lodge is clean and comfortable, owners exceptionally friendly and kind, and you are treated to a perfectly cooked breakfast!

This is my home from home Bed and Breakfast, always made to feel so welcome. Breakfast is absolutely gorgeous, so tasty and fresh, tomatoes picked straight from the garden the day before. Excellent location for traveling around on the buses, or train station is 10 mins walk away. I look forward to my next trip here.

Perfect blend of Professionalism and Friendliness. The B&B is beautifully presented and rooms contain everything you need for a comfortable stay. The WiFi signal is strong throughout the house. The breakfast is outstanding.I highly recommend to stay.

This is a fabulous place to stay if visiting the Penzance area. The owners have got the mix of visitor interaction and privacy just right. It is a very welcoming environment and the hosts are only too happy to share local knowledge. Highly recommend

One night just wasn’t enough!A warm, cheerful and informative welcome, clean well appointed room with a sea view and a full, freshly cooked breakfast which made lunch irrelevant. Lovely touches like fresh milk in a small fridge instead of those dreadful little cartons showed that the owners have put their customers first.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay.My stay was for three days but would have absolutely no problems with a longer stay.Clare and Kevin are wonderful hosts and could not be more helpful and accommodating.The property is sparkling clean with many unique and modern touches throughoutBreakfast is absolutely wonderful and is cooked fresh for everyone's taste and enjoyment.A must stay for the Penzance area and the wonders of Cornwall.I wholeheartedly recommend this property and hope to return again someday.

Amazing stay with exceptional hosts. Cannot fault anything about the stay. Room snug but cosy, clean, and well attended. Nothing too much trouble for Clare. Breakfast exceptional. Free parking alongside property. Sea just a short walk over the road. Close to railway station and not far from Scillonian boarding station.

First class B&B. Arrived early expecting to have to wander round town for an hour, but recieved phone call to say room was ready.Lovely hosts - couldn't do more to make you welcome.Excellent room, with balcony overlooking the sea. Perfect breakfast to set you up for the day.Added bonus of free parking.Very highly recommended.

Perfect!

We had a two night stay and it was a great place to spend a short trip in cornwall. It is very accessible to get around the area. The room is big enough for the four of us. Very clean and tidy that we didnt hesitate to use the towels. In all of our travels, it us one of the best places we stayed in. Claire and Kevin are great host and attentive to our needs and request. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast which is better than paying in a restaurant.We would definitely stay again if we decided to return next summer.

We stayed at Bay Lodge for 5 nights. The service we received was excellent - the rooms and all areas were spotless. Claire & Kevin were great hosts - suggestions on where to visit, eat or shop. Kevin cooked a great breakfast each day and they accommodated different requests. I would recommend Bay Lodge for a pleasant stay - it's is just outside the centre of town within a 5 mins walking distance and access to the seafront is also walking distance. Free parking at the front of the Guest House.

A very pleasant stay

Really friendly welcome and beautifully cosy single room, with a view of the sea from the attached balcony. Very well placed for touring the area and the onsite parking was extremely useful. I chose only to have a continental breakfast, as the yoghurt, fruit, cereals, juice, coffee and toast supplied were more than adequate! The Full English Did look very good though, Will definitely plan to stay here again next time I'm down.

Lovely stay in a cosy bedroom

We were so very lucky to have stayed at Bay Lodge. Clare and Kevin were the best hosts you could ever wish for, from the minute we set foot to the minute we left we were made to feel so welcome. The facilities, such as our bedroom, bathroom and communal dining room were all immaculately clean. Both the breakfasts and the newly-introduced evening meals were both superb and very filling! No requests were ever any trouble for Clare and Kevin, and they always made sure that we were satisfied and very happy with our food orders. We had such a wonderful time, that we have now booked another visit to Bay Lodge next month! Looking forward to returning.Gary, Kate and Phil x

My third stay. Comfortable room in family B&B. A short walk to town, harbour, railway station and heliport. Will stay again. Recommended.
