Wow, fantastic little guest house, only a 10 minute walk from the station. 
Simon our host couldn’t do enough for us.
From suggestions of where to go and how to get there, places to eat and his  unbelievable breakfast. 
The room was small but very comfortable ideal for a couple.
Would highly recommend.

Stayed here from 16th of May to 19th of May and was made very welcome by Simon, had a very nice room with en suite facilities and enjoyed a lovely breakfast each morning. It was also very close to the Promenade/seafront, literally a couple of minutes walk away.

I went to stay here with my son for 4 nights I could not chosen a better place. We had a very warm welcome upon arrival. The room was very clean and was perfect for our needs I thought the extra touches like mints and biscuits in the room was lovely. The breakfast was lovely with a good selection of jams etc. Another nice touch was Simon knowing the names of all the guests it gave a lovely personal touch to our stay. Just a short walk from the centre of Penzance and the seafront so plenty of choice for eating out 

I just checked out of this B&B and it was an absolutely lovely place to stay. I only met Simon while I was there but he was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home.

I stayed in the single room as it was just me travelling, there was plenty of space and it was very confortable. The owners have gone to a lot of effort to put lots of lovely little touches in there which make it a lovely space to stay in.

I have family nearby so the location was perfect and I would absolutely recommend a stay at Con Amore to anybody else. I will be back next year!

We had two rooms at the Con Amore last weekend, host couldn't have been more helpful, rooms nice and clean and good tasty bargain breakfast. Easy walking distance of bars and restaurants, beach and town centre.
