If you're staying in Edinburgh then definitely one to consider. Approx 15-20 mins from city centre by tram, and with the daily cap it makes it a very good value stay. You know what you get with Premier Inn, good quality rooms and the excellent buffet breakfast. There is parking and the tram stops right outside. Stayed for 2 nights in July and will be back next time we go to Edinburgh

I stayed here most weeknights and some weekends from Sept 23 until May 25 even though company would have put me in aparthotels in central Edinburgh. All the Staff from managers to kitchen staff were always very helpful and polite. Rooms always clean on checking and change of bedding etc was available on request. Whether using train tram or bus into Edinburgh this hotel is the one to use

Overall a very comfortable stay at the Premier Inn Edinburgh Park.

The staff were very helpful and available upon check in. The communal areas and hallways were quiet and well kept. Although we didn't visit the hotel does have a restaurant inside. Paying for the car park was easy to do and overall a good price for our 2 night stay. The car park had plenty of spaces and we felt our vehicle was safe in the car park.

The room was very clean and we were very impressed with the room overall. The bathroom was lovely and we really enjoyed the shower - It did leak a bit but this dried over time from the fan. The temperature control is the room was amazing as when we visited there was a heat wave. Although right next to the railway station we heard minimal noise and slept really well.

The location was fab for us and just what we wanted. Unable to drive in the city centre due to our vehicle this hotel allowed us to get the train in to the city centre within 20 minutes. We were able to explore Edinburgh at our own pace and leisure and we were able to go back to the hotel at any time which we loved. Shops opposite the hotel we found very useful to grab some snacks and a few essential items. We also made use of the Costa inside of the hotel - very convenient and great for before our long drive home.

We would really recommend this hotel, perfect location and a very spacious and comfortable room.

Excellent inn conveniently located near a tram and train stop to Edinburgh. And only a five minute taxi ride to the airport if you have a very early flight.  The rooms are comfortable and well lighted (One of my pet peeves are poorly lighted rooms). The staff is very nice and helpful.

We booked this hotel as we are a family of 5 and needed two rooms and the price here suited our budget.We also booked the breakfast and dinner meal deal which was good value,the staff are very friendly.The rooms were clean and had everything we needed.There is a Costa onsite and a retail park across the road.You can get a tram from the airport that goes directly into the city centre and this hotel has a stop right outside.I would advise getting a 3,4 or 5 day tram pass depending on how long you are visiting for,it worked out  £50 for the 5 of us for 3 days for unlimited tram travel with a return trip to the airport included.The city is only a few stops away on the tram from the hotel.Would highly recommend and will definitely be going back to Edinburgh and will book this hotel again.Overall a very enjoyable experience.

Excellent Location for Families or Travellers to Edinburgh. With Edinburgh Park Train and Tram Stop Outside it is a no brainer. Edinburgh is an expensive city for hotels. The Parking was £4.50 a day and tram is £4.20 Return to city centre. 10-15 minutes. Costa and Restaurant on site with good quality food and staff. Would recommend for people thinking outside box. Will Stay again definitely.

We stayed overnight before our flight from the airport. It is conveniently situated by Edinburgh Park Rail and also the tram, which delivers you straight to the door of the airport. We had an evening meal, basic fare but well executed and tasty. We had the full English breakfast which also included the continental breakfast, eat as much as you want. Rooms clean and tidy but single beds were 2’6” not 3’, apart from that all good.

First ever experience with Premier Inn and I was amazed at the service of the staffs. They were kind and attentive. The room was huge with a comfy bed and the furniture fittings was nice. Reasonably clean. Felt like a home away from home. Breakfast was delicious. I had the yummylicious porridge and pancakes. Distance from city and airport was good. Near tram. Really enjoyed my stay to the fullest. Thank you!

Stayed here again, love this hotel. Staff pleasant and always helpful. We stayed 2 nights and friends and family joined us for the 2nd night.
Rooms spacious, breakfast is good and bar has a great atmosphere in the evening.
Great transport links into Edinburgh.

This was a great hotel in a very convenient area close to the airport. Despite that, you couldn't hear any plane traffic or other outside noise. The hotel was quiet and comfortable, the room and bath very clean, and the service friendly. Right on the tram line so very easy to access. 

The breakfast (additional cost) was phenomenal--the best we had on our visit to Scotland. The selection was robust and there were options for various dietary restrictions. All in all, a great stay. I wish we'd had the room for more than one night!

The hotel location was excellent, right next to Edinburgh Park tram and train stop/station.  2 stops by train into Edinburgh (4 pounds), or a hour to Glasgow.  Or 7 stops by tram.  Across from a large shopping center with grocery stores (Aldi and Tesco), TKMaxx, etc. There is a Costa Coffee in the hotel and a larger one at the shopping center.  The hotel itself was great, attentive staff.  Room faced the railway, but the 5th floor room (4th floor in UK) was quiet.  Room was clean.   Bed was excellent.  Coffee and tea service in room.  We ate the continental breakfast in the hotel - selection was fine for the price.  All in all, we are picky and would recommend this hotel.  Note that accommodations in Edinburgh are all pricey.  This was also true of the Premier Inn Edinburgh Park, but compared to other hotels in town, this hotel was reasonable.

Recommended - out in burbs, but easy to get into town.  And quiet.

We had a great nights sleep here at Edinburgh Park. When we went in for breakfast, we asked if there was a gluten free menu, or GF products. The young lady in charge of the restaurant was absolutely wonderful. She immediately asked us to wait while she went and sanitised our table, and our cutlery. She then took our hot food order and said she would have the kitchen make it up separately from the buffet to avoid any cross contamination. She really couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful and we really appreciated it. We felt very safe and it is rare for a restaurant to go so far to ensure that we feel that way. This lady was an absolute credit and should be valued (Saturday 12th July breakfast shift)…a huge thank you to her!

Comfy beds, even the children's bed was very comfortable, rooms had everything you needed including a small bath, the evening meal was nice, we had a lovely waitress call Urzula who was pleasant, chatty and helpful, tram stop directly across the way accessed by crossing the train line which we didn't hear once during our stay, tram comes every 7 mins to city centre or airport, breakfast not great quality or value for money if just buying for adults but when children eating free and they love the novelty of picking and choosing and helping themselves then it ok, also they allowed us to store bags after check out for the day until we were coming back out to airport, easy stop off to collect and get back on tram for airport, very nice service must say

Comfy beds and convenience to tram outweighs poor breakfast

We were in Edinburgh for a wedding and, since we were flying in and out of Edinburgh Airport, chose to stay at the Premier Inn Edinburgh Park due to its excellent location. While we took a taxi to the hotel initially (not realising how convenient the tram is), we used the tram to travel into the city and to the wedding venue. It was also ideal for getting back to the hotel after the celebrations and for our journey to the airport the next morning — we’d thoroughly recommend it!

Unfortunately, we weren’t able to check in early as all the rooms were full. We had read that early check-in wasn’t possible, though we later found out that others had managed to do so — so it seems this may be possible depending on availability.

That said, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They quickly sorted an iron for us so we could get ready for the wedding, and they also stored our bags safely while we were out.

The room itself was modern, clean, and very comfortable — a great base for our short trip.
