Lovely hotel close to the zoo. Room was awesome however there was some essential stuff missing from the bathroom. We mentioned it and it was resolved immediately so can't fault this really. Excellent sized room with 2 double beds and a huge TV. Lots of tea and coffee available in the room too. Kyle checked us in and he was super friendly and smiling. Thanks Kyle. Later we wanted to go the the city and was given lots of helpful advice from Alister (not sure if I spelt this right, sorry). Comfortable sleep and convenient check out. There is a small gym and pool on site but on visiting this is was busy so we didn't use it. Only real let down was lack of parking but this was also resolved easily at reception where you can give the registration so you don't have to pay if using the zoo car park. Thanks for making us welcome.
