The staff was really nice and very very helpful, there as soon as we got there to welcome us, very friendly, and helped us out the day of going home with given us more time, very nice stay, will defo use again x

Excellent, room was very clean and comfortable. The right size for 1 person. Shower was good and the towels smelled gorgeous.One of those great finds that you really want to say how good it is, but fear that selfishly if it becomes popular, you'll struggle to get a room if you need one!!

Lovely place to stay, just 15 minutes walking to the castle. Very clean and very kind people.

I was in Cardiff for a training weekend so for me I wanted somewhere clean, near to Bute Park and most importantly safe as I was travelling alone. This is exactly what I got.The Room:The BEST shower in the world and nice shampoo aswell, a really comfortable bed for the night and as daft as it sounds- perfectly placed TV. Found the touch turn on lamp by the bed useful, not messing about trying to find a switch at 2am. Kettle and hairdryer in my room were great, and I loved the welcome chocolates Essam delivered to my room 😁  An added treat!The host and hotel:When I initially booked I was aware that there would not be check in staff after 5:30 which made me a little nervous as a sole female traveller BUT all these small bits of worry were put at ease when I arrived. Essam was there to greet me and made me feel at ease straight away. He showed me around including a shared kitchen area which I wasn't aware of at the time of booking and advised of local shops I could visit for supplies, he also showed me safety features like the fire exit in my room, how to open and lock the door to my room and also the front door - little things but really helped me feel safe. Being able to lock my room from the inside with a key and also knowing the building required a key to get in made me feel really safe. I will definitely be staying again.

The place is really nice and close to Sophia garden for people who wants to take the busthe owner is friendly as well

Comfortable stay in a lovely location - nice walk through the park into centre. Essam was very friendly and a perfect host.

Clean, safe and in a lovely area of Cardiff

Definitely not luxury as advertised, but for the price I wasnt expecting it to be. Essam was lovely, great host! I would say the mattress in room 4 needs replacing as it completely sinks to the middle, making it quite uncomfortable. Other than that the room gave us exactly what we needed. Short walk in to the centre for a concert and somewhere to rest!

We were greeted nicely on arrival. Accommodation close enough from City Centre to walk. You have to be lucky to find a parking spot near by, quite a busy road. Parked at the park, which was luckily free from Saturday to Sunday. Would not call it "luxury" room ourselves but all was fine for what we needed.

Arrived in Cardiff by train for a one night stay for a concert. The accommodation is on a residential road about 20-25 minutes walk from the station. Check-in was by arrangement as there is no 24-hour reception, but I was able to arrive earlier than the stated check-in start time, which was great. Sadly my concert that evening was cancelled so I make full use of my room for the rest of the day

Got free parking on main road outside on arrival. Good communication from owner who even sent a pic of front of building. Rooms looked newly painted and had everything required. Very comfortable & quiet for sleep. Nice touch of owner bringing up a plate of chocolates. Recommend & I’d use again. Thanks.

If all you want is a clean comfortable room and a hot shower in the morning, this is excellent value for £50. They have a kitchen you can use, including a microwave. It must be about a mile from the city centre. Don't let the fact that this is primarily a beauty/health clinic put you off. I repeat, excellent value for money.
