I’m local & Recently took out a membership to use The lesiure complex, was dealt with by a lovely lady called Charley it was a Seamless transaction, I’m quite self conscious she reassured me that it was a nice place to come relax & work out, super impressed with the pool/gym, Clean & well maintained.

Me and my partner came down as a birthday present for my 30th. I cannot fault it. Everyone was so lovely and helpful. We stayed in the meadows. Beautiful lodge and not a lot of external noise which was great. We struggled with working the heating to start with ( us being silly really) we went to reception the following day to ask for some help. We were helped by two young girls, one being Charley, or Charlie. Unsure on spelling. She was super helpful and talked us through how to get it working. That night was nice and toasty in the lodge! Thankyou to everyone there. Our short stay was delightful:)

Wow we loved our stay & wow what a park, 
Thanks to Charlie who directed us to some amazing locations around The Bay,  Greeted us with professionalism & a smile every time we used the parks facilities what an asset to the company.
The park was so clean we will definitely return .

We came to Devon hills for a small weekend getaway in December. Myself my partner and don’t dog came. The lodge was clean and tidy. Everything worked which was brilliant and the price was incredible. We had a hot tub as well which was lovely. The only thing which was a tad annoying is we were right by the road.  Inside the lodge it wasn’t a problem you couldn’t hear it. It was just getting in and out of the hot tub and being in there with cars wizzing past! But again it wasn’t too bad for £200 for 3 nights absolute bargain. They also provided drying wracks and hoover which is good when bringing a dog with you. It just allowed me to hoover before we left

Just returned from a stay at Devon hills. 

The allocated lodge was brambles 76 with an hot tub, the  lodge was lovely,  you can tell it was an older lodge but it served its purpose, lovely decor, wifi  was great and we had no problems, and the beds, they are so comfortable and the pillows were perfect for us.

The lodge had decking all around which was lovely,  and this will be lovely in the summer. 

Two  negatives: 
1) the decking was very green & dirty which made it super slippery and very dangerous,  especially when you get out of the hot tub. - maybe clean this more regular or use anti slip decking. 

2) lack of street lights,  very dark walking back from the connected county pub,

Over all great stay and we will go back

Stayed in 28 Moonshadow Rise for 4 nights in September. (2 families with toddlers)

The lodge is very spacious, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plenty of storage with an open plan kitchen, dining and living area which goes out onto decking with amazing views of the hills behind, lovely to sit in the hot tub with great views any time of day the kids loved it too!  Someone comes to check the hot tub every morning (scared us the first morning as we weren't expecting to find someone on our decking as we opened the curtains but good to know they are checked regularly)

The built in fridge didn't work but this has already been resolved as they have provided another free standing fridge so no issues.

The site could do with better signs to help find the lodge as we drove around in circles on arrival but once you find your lodge it is easy to find again. 

No leisure centre on site during our stay as apparently it had suffered a fire and was being rebuilt, shame as we would have used the pool if possible but it didn't ruin our stay. We went out exploring everyday so didn't spend a lot of time on the site itself.

On site pub was fine, typical pub grub on the menu, plenty of choice for the kids with a play area outside too and they even have a 'doggy dinner' (love finding places that are dog friendly, we didn't bring our dog this time but its good to know for future)

Overall the location of this site was brilliant for us as Paignton Zoo and the beach are just down the road and a few other places we visited were only 20 mins away in the car.  We had a fab week away with friends and would certainly return in future.

We have just returned from a weeks stay at Devon Hills in no 56, Brambles

The lodge was fantastic, really modern & cosy. Everything we needed was provided. Large outdoor decking area & the hot tub was lovely. 
Only complaint (really minor) was there was quite a few cobwebs higher up that need a bit of attention. Other than that the lodge was clean & welcoming. 

The park was generally very quiet, tiny bit of main road noise at peak times but very quiet at night. 

We didn’t need reception services (apart from a initial key issue) but the staff were friendly, helpful and resolved the issue within minutes. 

We went for drinks at the Blagdon Inn a few times, again staff were great. 

If your coming from Paignton side, go a little further up the road to the main entrance - much more visible/easier to turn into than the Blagdon Inn entrance. 

The park is in a really good location, 10 mins to Totnes & roughly the same to Paignton.

There is an Asda & Sainsburys roughly a 6 min drive away from the park. 

We used the local bus service to Paignton, £2 fare on the Gold bus. Stop is right outside the park & takes you straight into Paignton bus station. 

Overall, we had a fantastic holiday & would return!

What a beautiful and lovely place, the lodge was absolutely immaculate and so cosy, the staff were very friendly and a pleasure to deal with we most will definitely go back next year it’s a 10/10 from us

Log cabin was very comfortable and clean. Service from staff was excellent. We had a couple of small issues on arrival but were sorted immediately. Hot  tub and local pub were enjoyed to the max. Visited Torquay and Salcombe both were lovely but give Paignton Town/Peir a miss it was not worth a day out. If we ever came back down here we would defo rebook.

We have just come back from a lovely 4 day hoilday at the Devon hills, if ur luck that u get supier hoilday home 11 the meadows its beautiful view and lovley lay out was great, ourself and our dogs loved everyday. Very dog friendly, the lodge its self had everything u needed and more, with the lovley welcome letter from Alison and Alan which told us everything we needed to know, its was very clean and well looked after. We have stayed in a lot of lodges and this was 1 of our best. thank u so much. We hope to stay again soon and get the same lodge. Fingers Crossed.

Log Cabin has it all.

Place was great and clean. View  was amazing but reception was disappointing as we got accused multiple times and lady at reception was rude but other then that had clean facilities and hot tub. Would go back.
