I was only there for one night but I thought it was a amazing place. it was a very friendly welcome and the room was clean and very nice plenty of tea and coffee facilities. The bed was very nice very easy to sleep in. Breakfast looked amazing but unfortunately due to me being unwell I was unable to eat most of it. Which is a real shame.  Over all my stay was great. I would happily stay here again.

Started a new job this week in Nuneaton, had the pleasure to stay in the wonderful House for two nights, the room is warm, comfortable and well appointed, shower is powerful and hot, bed is very comfortable, host is wonderful, breakfast is amazing, (poached eggs perfect) I was sad to leave but will be back, thank you.

John and I had a great stay there, Tim was very friendly. We had a full english breakfast which was lovely too.The room was really nice, containing a shower room, television, kettle with various drinks and packets of biscuits. Tim put on the heating because it was a bit chilly, we went out to the local pub for dinner which was walking distance and lovely too. When we returned the room was perfectly cosy we both slept really well.


Just wow, we looked around Atherstone as attending a wedding at Mythe Barn what a find, so warm beautiful fixtures and no detail missed . Great place and fab meal at Horse and jockey down the road on the Friday , thanks Tim .

I stayed at Old Ivy House for 2 nights with a wedding party. It’s a beautiful building, my room was very clean comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! The wide selection of teas in the room was particularly lovely. Pat and Tim are lovely hosts and I couldn’t recommend this B&B enough.

Excellent B & B. Has plenty of character. Rooms large with very comfortable beds.
Very nice breakfast. Good choice for breakfast and good produce. Set In a quiet village with good local pub. Lovely hosts. Would stay here again.

Warm, friendly ownership, fantastic breakfast and wonderfully peaceful surroundings. Experience was really good and the parking for motorbikes was reassuringly low profile.

Lovely olde world house. For a family of four there was plenty of room. Big bathroom with walk in shower. The main bed was huge and sooo comfy. Lovely garden. So quiet. The BIG Breakfast meant we didn't need to eat again till late. Guest book indicated loads of local attractions and recommendations. Lovely couple!!! Definitely need to return.
