This old fella just stole the show. His 72 yr old drummer was MANIC. The whole crowd (2000) were just rockin the night away. Grab a ticket whenever you can and see this guy for a magic night out.

We’ve been here twice now and are quite impressed with it! The rooms were sweet and whilst arguably small were also cosy and nicely furnished 

Checking in and out was easy thanks to being texted the codes for the front door and individual room key box in advance 

It was an easy walk to and from town, and whilst we didn’t have a car the car park was a great size 

My partner left his jeans behind and the staff were lovely enough to keep them for us so I could pick them up the following day, showing how accommodating they are :) 

Will definitely be staying here again thank you! :)

Visited this hotel yesterday for a nights stay. Situated in the town centre. Lovely bright clean room the host on reception Emma white was helpful and friendly. Excellent value for money would definitely visit again.

Stayed here for one night as we were going to Road menders. Thought this was to cheap to be good but I was nicely surprised. Host was lovely. Room was clean bright and adequate. Only thing was the kettle didn’t work but to be fair we were just leaving that morning so not to much of a problem. I would definitely stay here again

This hotel/room served its purpose. If you weren’t expecting the ritz it was ok. Beds were comfortable, shower was ok. Was a little bit nosy on the main road and I didn’t feel safe leaving my car on the car park as the hotel had signs up with warnings for loss and damages. Check in and out was good as you had all your information in an email ready for arrival. Would be a brilliant choice for workers staying away in the week.

This has to be by far the worse place in stayed and I travel a lot ... The toilet leaked excessively, the blinds fell down when I opened them,, the room was disgusting and dirty..  stains on the wall and mattress bedding and pillows,, no where to hang your clothes there was rats running around the decking ... I can go on and on ..for 60per night I expect a clean and comfortable room .. I most definitely won’t be staying again .. I did complain on booking . Com reviews ,, only to get a rude reply claiming I was making it all up so unprofessional.. please don’t spend your money on this dump and that’s being nice🤬🤮

Disgusting hotel 

booked this place as it was the only place close to Silverstone race circuit with vacancies. having 3.5 stars on trip advisor, we thought it would be ok. we did want bed and breakfast, but they do not do the breakfast. For £350.00 for 2 nights stay with no breakfast, we thought was a little steep, but knew prices would be a little higher due to the f1 weekend. I spoke to the host several days prior to arrival, and was told that they were looking forward to seeing us on the Friday. On the day of arrival, we received a text of where to park, a code number to get into the rear of the property, and another code to get access to a box outside our room door which held a key to get into our room. Not once did we get introduced to the host or even see the host. On entering the room, it had a musty smell. On looking around we discovered that several things were amiss. Light fitting was not attached to the ceiling, so as exposed wires, and only 5 out of 10 bulbs worked. fixtures and fittings in the bathroom were all hanging off, the toilet cistern wasn't even attached to the wall. Shower curtain and shower tray had black and orange stains, ( think it originally had a door on the shower but had been replaced with a curtain ). Bedroom radiator was filthy , a vent above the tv was full of dirt, fluff and other stuff, as was the bathroom vent. The blind in the bathroom was dirty , the bin looked like it had been smashed with a hammer. There was no wardrobe, just a rail, 4 foot in height from the floor so any long garments would drag on the floor . And most of that was taken up with a set of draws under the rail. The kettle had to be placed next to the tv due to the nearest socket was behind the tv.   Awake most the nights due to so much noise from traffic and people outside till all hours, plus uncomfortable bed.  As you can see, our description does not match the Grafton Rooms picture or some of the other reviews. But this is our experience. On the up side, someone did come and tidy up at some point, although we still didn't see anyone. I'm sure the owners are very nice, although we never met them, but we do not think it is at all appropriate to charge such a inflated amount of money for a room in such a state.
