Beautiful old farmhouse, peaceful countryside, warm welcome, clean and pretty room, felt like I had stepped into a historical novel! All amenities and every consideration. Felt perfectly safe on my own and Sandra could not have been kinder. Couldn't manage all of the very generous and delicious breakfast! Absolutely genuine, no unpleasant surprises here! Already booked my next stay, can't wait!

Wonderful, peaceful location. Lovely, friendly hosts. Definitely one to recommend to friends, excellent value for money! Thanks Sandra for a wonderful stay, we’ll be back one day! Look our for the muntjac deer in the garden and the clearest skies at night!

We have just returned from a two night break at Sidney Farm House and absolutely loved our stay. A beautiful house, with lovely views! Sandra (the host) was absolutely lovely and very welcoming - and also cooks the best breakfasts! Great location and close to nearby villages. Would definitely recommend to anybody planning a stay in Norfolk! Thank you :)

We spent two nights here in the wonderful garden room. We had a lovey welcome from Sandra who was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is very good if you have a car and you can get to lots of locations on the coast very quickly. 

Breakfasts were excellent. Good quality produce, very well prepared and set out in a light breakfast room.

This is very comfortable and welcoming farm house bed and breakfast accommodation. It is convenient for the Norfolk coast ( 5 mins from Blakney) and offered a good size room with normal facilities. Breakfast was very good and the host was very helpful.  We would not hesitate to return.

We have just spent Valentines weekend at this lovely farmhouse. We had the garden room which was huge. My husband especially loved the electric blanket !! Little touches in the room like fresh milk and bottled water in the mini fridge were nice. What really made our stay special was our lovely host Sandra. From pre arrival emails with advice on places to eat and taxi numbers to her wonderful breakfasts. She was super friendly and welcomed us into her home. 
We would love to return in the summer to really enjoy the lovely surroundings and hospitality. Thankyou Sandra.😊

Stayed here for 2 nights as we were visiting the Thursford Christmas show.
A wonderful warm welcome, and the Garden Room was excellent, very comfortable kingsize bed, all amenities included.
Breakfast menu was varied and cooked to order.
Sandra couldn't have been more helpful.
Definitely a revisit planned for a summer break.

Such a beautiful location, our room was lovely and the host was very welcoming and attentive, along with a delicious full breakfast too. This was the first time we have stayed in a B&B and we certainly will be coming back to Sidney Farm again. Thank you

My partner and I stayed at Sidney House Farm for 3 nights in October. We used the accommodation as a base for a short walking holiday on the beautiful North Norfolk coast. We had with 2 Springer Spaniels with us. The location is slightly inland but only 10 minutes drive from Blakeney and there are plenty of dog friendly pubs within a few minutes drive (the Blue Bell at Lanham is especially recommended). Our hosts - Sandra and Hugh are lovely and very dog friendly. Breakfast was included in the price and there was plenty of choice from cereals to full English and toast with home made preserves which set us up for the day. We stayed 1 night in the Paddock room and 2 nights in the Garden room (slightly larger). Residents also have use of the lounge which is equipped with books, walking route suggestions, games and a TV. Dogs can be walked straight from the accommodation in the farm grounds (on a lead because of roving chickens!), or in the nearby field. We will definately be staying here again!

Decided to spend a couple of days along the North Norfolk coast and needed a B&B close at hand.
As I was on my own I booked the small 'bird room' it was actually better and bigger than I expected altho I wouldn't recommend it for 2 people.
Sandra met me at the door with a warm friendly face and showed genuine interest in my day.
The room was clean and warm, remember this is a typical old farmhouse so don't be looking for a modern decor, it just wouldn't suit!
I had a good comfortable good nights sleep and in the morning a excellent breakfast with just about everything you would want available.
Just one word of caution, my mobile data and signal just didn't work out in the sticks, be sure to ask for the password for the free wifi!!


Short stay visit

Just spent a wonderfully relaxing 2 nights over the bank holiday weekend at Sidney Farm B&B. We were greeted warmly by our host, Sandra who made us and our two dogs very welcome. The garden room was lovely and spacious. It had a huge window which let in lots of light and kept the room cool. It’s also great to have a fridge in the room and ‘real’ milk. Breakfast cooked fresh to order. Sandra was friendly and helpful regarding the local area. We would definitely would love to return.

Stayed at Sidney House farm on a short mid week break to Norfolk. We had a lovely comfortable room overlooking the countryside. It was very quiet and peaceful and very relaxing. Sidney House is in a great location to explore the nearby coast and villages and we had such a great stay. The owners were friendly and made us feel very welcome and the cooked breakfast were delicious

Mid week break

Lovely two night stay at Sydney House Farm with Sandra being very accommodating with a last minute change due to a hospital appt’. Very peaceful location but not far from the attractions of Holt, Blakeney etc. The garden room is extremely spacious with a 6ft bed, views of the garden and an ensuite bathroom. Room had lovely homely touches with fresh flowers and benefit of a small fridge with fresh milk and bottled water. Breakfast was very tasty and set us up for the day. Sandra makes a great host and if you love the countryside, horses, doggies and chickens providing fresh eggs, you will love Sydney House B&B!
