Great house in lovely quiet  location. Great if you want to get friends or famil together. Everything you need is in the house also lovely garden, take garden games with you and bbq there is a hot tub in the garden but not in use when we visited.

We booked this property out to host a group get together for the weekend and it was simply stunning. The house goes on forever and has so many charming nooks and crannies. The dining hall was simply gorgeous for hosting us all for dinner, and the gardens were blissful in the sunshine. I cannot recommend this property enough, when we arrived it was spotless, and complete with beautiful touches. Many fond memories were made here. Plus the hot tub was amazing in the evenings!

We’ve just had an amazing stay at Lea Hall. We’d been having trouble finding somewhere with enough bedrooms but this place was ideal for 19 people. So quirky and well equipped. The only thing we could’ve done with was a patio heater but not exactly an essential item. The kitchen was ideal too. Honestly couldn’t fault it. Beautiful location. We definitely hope to return.  Thank you Lolly for all your help.

I spent a week at Lea hall, and was amazed at how well reserved and looked after the location was. The area is quiet and provides a nice contrast from the city for those looking to get away for a short while. The facilities make for a very luxurious countryside escape. I highly recommend this place.

Lea Hall was a nice break from the big city, the house has lots of character and plenty of space. My friends and I had a great time here.

A great place for a family get together; love that you can all manage to get around the dining room table together for meals.  It was lovely there was a Christmas  tree up in the spacious hallway.  Lolly was so helpful in arranging things for our stay

We booked Lea Hall for a family weekend of celebrating birthdays. The house is huge with rooms leading off rooms. There was 14 of us went but there is room for more. The kitchen was good, with all the amenities to cook lots of meals. There was only a couple of  negative points, one was the cooker, it wasn't adequate for the amount of people, the dining room was really dark, could do with more lighting, but on the whole was a good weekend.

Had an amazing weekend break at Lea Hall. Housekeeper Lolly was on hand to answer my many questions. This place is definitely like stepping back in time and very unique. The grounds are picturesque. I am so pleased I picked this place for our girls break, the hot tub went down a treat.We used topnosh caterers for one evening who were brilliant. Would definatly recommend.

A beautiful house full of history and quirks. On arrival I met with the lovely house cleaning team who were very helpul.Lolly the housekeeper had left prosecco and cake to welcome us all which was a lovely gesture.
We had a lovely time exploring the house and grounds although if the weather had not been good we would of struggled as neither lounge sat us all comfortably. The dinning room however was ample just very dark and cold.
We found the kitchen to have everything you would need during your stay. 
The beds were comfortable in the rooms however some of the rooms needed some maintainance to bring them up to standard whch simply made them look a little tired. We found the majority of the rooms to have secondary glazing so you couldn't open the windows. They also were full of cobwebs inside and out which had been there for some time.
The gardens are not as advertised any longer in the promotional pictures and parts are very overgrown and unkempt which spoils the experience. There is a pond at the top of the garden which  we were not awarw of and is extremly overgrown with weeds which is very dangerous considering we had young children and dogs. The patios and steps need attention some of the steps are very unstable especially at the front of the house. Everything appeared tired and in need of attention including the overgrown vegtable garden. Not what we expected from a grade II listed building which would definitely stop us returning to this lovely house. Please make sure the house and gardens have the love attention they need if not it will not be long before it will be too late to put everything right.
