I don’t usually go out of my way to leave a review but this place was absolutely beautiful. The cream tea & breakfast were much appreciated along with the other extras. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Highly recommend. Thank you!

What a fantastic getaway, we were met upon arrival although the details for getting into the property were emailed, i missed it! When we got in, there was a welcome gift of some lovely scones and clotted cream which was just the cherry on top as the accomodation was beutifull. The sofa and chair in the seating are were so comfortable and we spenf the morning of day 2 just chilling out there with a book due to the rain, the bed was so comfortable i could have stayed in it all day. It was so much better than just a b&b due to having so much space, the included breakfast came in the form of fresh croisants which were delivered in the evening before, Bread, cereal, fruit, orange juice and yoghurt, all of which are in the property and replaced daily if used, to be honest it was more than enough and we found cereal, toast and croisants plenty. It was a short 10 min walk to get to the beach and then a few more minutes to walk across the beach/path to St Michaels mount, we also took the opportunity to walk the coast path to Penzance which was around 45 mins each way. There are plenty places to eat in Marazion, a bakery that does the obligatory cornish pasty and a couple of pubs, one of which (The Fire Engine) we ate in one night, nice pizza & beer and friendly staff. This is a great base to venture out from, close to pretty much everything you would want to see in Cornwall, thanks for a great stay.

I couldn’t not write a review about this stay! The host goes above and beyond to make this a really special stay. The place is gorgeous and is kitted out with everything you might need. Really comfy bed, lovely linen and towels. The extra touches with juice/croissants/scones are the cherry on top. Couldn’t ask for better.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chyreen! The Look Out is lovely, great attention to detail, spotlessly clean, perfect! Excellent croissants every morning, would definitely stay again.

All was perfect. Lovely house. Very friendly owner and very healful and knowlegeable with everythink to do in the area. We would defietly come back.

Clean rooms, comfy bed, nice view from the windows and balcony, feels completely private space in the accommodation.Parking area well marked and free.Freshly made croissant was the main highlight of the breakfast.

Fantastic place to stay, host brought us croissants in the evening for the next morning. Gorgeous big bathroom and big bath. No complaints, we will be returning.

Simply perfect stay from start to finish. Probably one of, if not the best place I’ve ever stayed. The view from the loft is amazing and the breakfast was incredible each day. Cannot wait to return.

Perfect stay!

We stayed in the upper room, which had a small fridge and microwave to help if you want to eat the odd meal in the room.Bread, yoghurts, Croissants (plain and apple per person) were delivered each day for breakfast. Lots of tea, coffee etc provided. They catered for my gluten intolerance with ease, by providing extra GF breakfast items for me.

Spacious room with a view.

A lovely property and great location for exploring South Cornwall. We hired the whole house in August 2023 and were not disappointed. The owners kindly left us a welcome basket and had the house ready for our arrival. The location is approx. 10 minutes walk from the beach and about 15 minutes from the shops and restaurants in Marazion. The owners popped by to say hello and answer any questions we had as well as giving us some good tips for dinner and days out. The location was great for us and we enjoyed says out to  Perranporth, Flambards, Lands End, Michaels Mount. St Ives and a lovely walk along the coast into Penzance. For St Ives we got the train from St Erth which was around 4 miles away and had plenty of parking. The journey on the train was lovely as it goes around Hayle\Carbis Bay before arriving in St Ives, having got their we knew we'd made the right decision as parking was very limited. A perfect week and we'd definitely stay there again.

A fantastic week

What a fab place! Everything was thought of and the quality was exceptional right down to the bathroom products. Fresh bread, butter and jam daily with warm croissants brought over by evening. Perfect base for sight seeing with St Michaels Mount just 10 minutes walk away. Whats not to love. Will definitely stay again

If you are thinking of staying.... do it

We spent a wonderful 3 nights at The Lookout. It was great to have the use of this amazing space with exclusive use of the garden.Erika went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Because I am coeliac, she even made a gluten free Victoria Sandwich cake which was delicious and provided a great variety of GF options for breakfast. These thoughtful details, beautiful surroundings and exceptional accommodation gave us an outstanding break.I thoroughly recommend.

Exceptional mini break!

What an amazing little find, great location roughly 10 minutes walk from the beach. Everything at the property has been finished to a high standard and exactly as per the pictures. The host provided a wide variety of snacks and drinks which was unexpected but a lovely gesture especially after our our long journey, the scones went down a treat! We will be returning soon, hopefully the weather will be ok our side this time, thank you Erika.

What a wonderful location and property! We had a fantastic time here, it is so well located and has the most beautiful views. The rooms are finished to such a high standard... the decor, furnishings and design are all 5*, and left us feeling very relaxed and spoilt! The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was amazing - really well designed and fitted out. I am definitely going to return here. The owners were incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgable and really added to the quality of the stay. I’d recommend staying here! Lovely place.

Fantastic location, service and property!

Last weekend my partner and I stayed at The Lookout. It was everything we'd hope for and more. We arrived late due to the storm. So it was a nice touch to be greeted Dan when we arrived though we had previously received our access details. The Lookout was immaculate. You could see that they've put a lot of thought and energy into the design of the place from the underheated floors to the fireplace. The bathroom was huge with a massive bath and a walk-in rain shower which was just glorious. The bed was super comfy. Freshly baked pastries, bread, a massive bowl of fruit, juice, milk, butter and cereals were provided for breakfast. Erika was ever so kind as to cater to my dietary requirement and stocked the fridge with Almond milk for me. They were on hand when we had any questions but also left us to our own devices. We enjoyed our stay, just wished we could have stayed longer. If we are ever in Cornwall again, we will be back.

What is not to like about this property, everything you could want and more is there. Its like home from home. If you fancy a nice Quiet night in with some home cooked food and a Netflix and chill evening you can do it as they have a fully equipped kitchen and a tv with Netflix and sky movies. Breakfast is delivered every evening ready for you in the morning. On arrival you receive some of the best homemade scones, clotted cream and jam. Dan and Erika are very accommodating and were very friendly, there restaurant recommendations were very good too.
