We have stayed here before our cruises as we travel from the north of England.

How often do you see a place get so many 5 star reviews? Sharon is very welcoming, very helpful with local info, where to eat, walking routes etc. The rooms are modern, well equipped, beautifully furnished (comfy large beds), spotlessly clean, with quality toiletries, bottles of water every day. We stayed 3 nights in the family room and could not have been any happier with our stay.

I stayed at this B & B for 2 nights prior to going over to the Isle of Wight.  What a wonderful welcome I was given.  Amberwood is a beautiful house set in lovely grounds. The room was lovely and clean and a very substantial breakfast, enough to fill you for the day.  I was given good advice on where I could visit in the area. I will definately be going back.

We have just returned from a three night stay at this perfect B&B celebrating my husband’s 65th birthday. From the moment we arrived, and were warmly greeted by Sharon’s teenage daughter, nothing was too much trouble. The room was beautifully furnished and the bed so comfortable. There was a very nice shower room with lots of hot water, complimentary toiletries and clean towels every day. The breakfast, served by Sharon in the breakfast room, was first class and of a very high standard. All in all the perfect home from home and we can’t wait to return at a later date.

Comfortable room, quiet, lavish breakfast choices. Fresh towels daily. Sharon and her family were very friendly and helpful making for a very pleasant stay. Location is near all major routes to the New Forest, Southampton and Bournemouth. Good value for money. Would come again.

Stayed here a month ago, for the wife’s 70th Birthday. Sharron welcomed us in and showed us the two rooms she lets out, then gave us the choice of rooms has we were the only guest that particular week. Both rooms were fab, they were so clean and set to a very high standard. As we were aloud the choice we went for the family room which was huge. After we had settled Sharron came to see us and to give some helpful advice. In the mornings we took breakfast, Sharron was there to greet us and make sure we new where everything was, after taking our breakfast order and returning later with a wonderful meal.
Nothing was too much trouble for her, she is a lovely lady and most welcoming, thank you Sharron. The family are close by, but we heard nothing at all to disturb our break, their dog would be out running in the garden of a morning, you would see him but never hear him. We have been to the area a few times in the past, though the weather was not so good this time we still found enough to do.

Just returned from a one night stay at Amberwood. Sharon could not have made us more welcome and had thought of everything. Our room was very comfortable, clean and modern. Thank you, we will be returning!

We had a very warm welcome from Sharon for our 2 night stay and were delighted with the standard of furnishings, decor and cleanliness in the B&B annex. Some nice extra touches were fresh milk for tea and coffee, biscuits and a tea towel. The ensuite bathroom was immaculate, good shower, instant hot water, complimentary toiletries and lovely large sized bath towels. There is a separate entrance to the B&B which is a plus point, you can come and go as you please having a separate front door. Breakfast is served at a time to suit, helping yourself to cereals, toast, yoghurt and juice, then choosing from the 'Full English' menu for a freshly cooked and delicious breakfast. Sharon gave us detailed information on Lymington and surrounding areas - it's a beautiful part of England, we loved the marina, the towns and the New Forest ponies! We shall certainly return!
