In attic it was spacious and lovely , bed was comfortable , ensuite , easy access to the village , parking easy , hosts were lovely , place spotless , and garden taken care off , a lot off nice restaurants to eat from around the village

Maria is fantastic, helpful and such a lovely positive person! She is approachable, we communicated straight after we made the booking and we arranged for a smooth check-in given we were driving around the highlands and weren't 100% sure what time we would be arriving at her place. The room was spotless and the shower had constant hot water. Free parking on the premises was also a plus. Apart from coffee and tea in the room we had a bottle of water each in the mini fridge and some biscuits. Check-out was also excellent, fast and Maria was kind enough to suggest places for breakfast. We only booked this place last minute and on the day and it was very lucky because Luss is a great little village, right on the lake, with two hotels at walking distance where you can have food and drinks throughout the day.

I booked this for a treat for my cousin and her husband. Maria was very welcoming and such an interesting person. The rooms were very clean, and bathroom spotless. Comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Perfect location in middle of village.  Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful

we stayed at this lovely BB for a couple of nights.We had a very private double bedroom at the back of the house with your own entrance.It was very clean and comfortable with a large bathroom .Had a small fridge and plenty of tea/ coffee/water.The property was two mins walk to the amazing lock lomond/ pier and small beach.It’s in a great location near many interesting places to visit , e.g villages around the Loch, boat tours ,Loch Katrina , For dinner or just evening drinks a five minute stroll will take you to the lodge hotel facing the Loch which has a huge window with great views Loch .Had a wonderful continental breakfast each morning .The host Maria went above and beyond to ensure you had a lovely stay , and gave us a few tips on where to go on our onward journey .Maria was an intelligent and interesting host with some funny stories to tell of her own travels .We have a wonderful stay and hope to be back one day .Thank ypu

Absolutely Fabulous

We stayed for one night on a little road trip. We loved our stay here. Maria was a wonderful host, so friendly and knowledgeable. We were in the attic room, it was lovely and clean and had a private bathroom. The stairs up to the attic are quite steep, fine for us but if you struggle mobility wise it’s worth noting. The location is great a short walk to the beach and the pier both lovely. It’s a small village, restaurants are limited but we managed to have a big lunch in the bistro around the corner from the b&b, if you’re wanting to go to the bigger restaurants I would recommend booking in advance. 
The beds were comfy and we slept very well. The breakfast was brilliant. It was continental but there was loads: cereals, toast and a big plate of fruit, cheese and ham. 
Overall, we couldn’t fault the place or Maria. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Amazing stay, wonderful host

Absolutely brilliant find, Maria our host was just gorgeous so friendly helpful welcoming and interesting. Our room was spotless and our only regret was that we weren’t staying longer. Location is the best right near the beach and the pier just 5 minutes walk. Especially loved the decor and the pretty garden. Continental breakfast included in our rooms price was amazing and huge with so much choice and served by Maria with lots of genuine care attention and we felt love can’t wait to return thank you lovely Maria you are a one off diamond of a lady

Stayed at this B&B on the 4th and 5th if August, while attending a wedding near by, lovely place to stay, can only say our host was great, extremely helpful and friendly, couldn’t do enough to keep her lodgers happy, good comfortable and clean rooms, lovely continental breakfast, and a packed lunch for a walk I took, very knowledgeable and helpful about the locality, definitely worth a visit.

Attending a family wedding

just back from a 2 day visit,  Maria couldn't do enough for us.  She was a great host.  The room was very clean and comfortable.  The continental breakfast was lovely, everything you would want, cereal, cold meat, different types of fruit, croissants, pastries, yoghurts, toast and choice of tea or coffee.  would highly recommend.  Thanks Maria for making our stay very pleasant.

A pleasant B&B with a lovely host to look after all of your needs. 
We used this B&B after completing the NC500 and whilst travelling around Loch Lomond. 
We had the room to the rear of the property which was perfect for our needs with a comfortable double and single bed in the room. 
Wi-fi was good and the bathroom was perfect for our needs. 
Great area to park the bikes and would be great for a car as well. 
Breakfast was continental which was a pleasant change from a fry up. 
Great stop off to explore the area with the local lodge and bar available for refreshments.

Room was spotless as was private bathroom.
Breakfast in our room was amazing and kept us going for the day. All social distancing rules were in place by Maria.
