Excellent. We stayed for one night. We had a warm reception on arrival.

Stayed for 4 weeks at hotel due to training course. Ideal for what I needed. Rooms clean and comfortable. Overall hotel could do with upgrade. WiFi isn’t greatest, but I was there to work. Staff are amazing nothing too much trouble. Restaurant popular so booking is a must. Courtney and Ellie are a credit to premier inn, went above and beyond for me being alone and away from home and family. 5⭐️ service every time. Food enjoyable menu basic. Thank you for making my trip what is was.

Stayed here over night as we had a safari trip to knowsley on Saturday  and a stadium tour at Anfield on Sunday 
A very nice and warm welcome from yhe staff ..the rooms where clean and comfortable beds as expected from a Premier Inn 
Food in the morning was cooked fresh and just what we wanted ....didnt get the chance to eat in the restaurant as it was fully booked which speaks volume to me as it was popular.
Will defo stay here again next time we come to liverpool

Claire on check in couldnt do enough for us. Friendly from the minute we walked through the door. Made sure that our table was booked for the eveing and morning. Gave the kids colouring packs. Have some great recommendations about rhings to do locally. Absolutely fantastic tram member

We always stay here when we visit family in Liverpool except for one time 
when we went to a Travel Lodge which I assumed would be similar to Premier Inn but it was so much worse. The staff at the Premier Inn Roby are nice, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is good value for money.

I have stayed in Premier Inns for years and this one was better than expected. the staff were very good and friendly and attended to our needs. They made you very welcome.
the food is decent especially the nachos starter and the gammon main.
I would definitely stay again.

Arrived with numerous cases and was met at reception by Joshua who could have done any more for us. He Looked at all  our luggage when we asked for a large room to accommodate us an he found us a suitable room..He also helped us with the luggage up to the second floor..he offered to help all the way to our room  but we declined as we didnt want him to leave the reception unattended..all staff were excellent..the only issue we had was a technical issue when our door would not open after we had been downstairs for a meal and an engineer was called..this led to us going into town on a freezing night with no coat for my wife.

Amazing staff, very comfortable room for 1 adult and 3 teens and great location. Thank you to everyone at the Premier Inn Roby. All the staff were very helpful especially Stephanie & Housekeeping. We also had the breakfast which was delicious and great service from Bev and the restaurant manager. My family and I had the best time. 

We stayed here on x3 occasions to visit Liverpool City. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. We was served by Courtney for our meals she is so friendly. The staff are a credit to this hotel.
It is clean quiet and a great location 

What a lovely hotel just minutes from Liverpool city center - 11 minute train journey to Lime St. Food is also great, although service can be a bit long. Masses of free parking and the rooms are very quiet.

A great hotel for families, we will be back!

We stayed over Christmas to visit family and friends and we were not disappointed with this hotel. We checked in a couple of hours earlier and were able to check in after just a 20 minute wait. The room was lovely and also quiet. The bed was comfortable too. Free wi fi, although a bit slow. Overall a lovely stay.

From the reception through housekeeping and the breakfast staff, they are all ultra friendly and helpful. All couldn’t do enough for you and it was lovely they were interested in you.  Great location just off the M62 so no need to drive into Liverpool city centre. Frequent short journey on the train albeit winter and strikes can disrupt services. Room fine. Happy with housekeeping arrangements  Loved the breakfast. Last comment incredible value for the price paid. Hopefully this hotel also appears under Liverpool hotels

Great value hotel

Staff were lovely from the minute we arrived, had a nice chat after the football (Liverpool v West Ham) shame about the result. Beds soft and comfortable, shower was great and room in general was nice
