Lovely secure little site and a great base for Cornwall. Fabulous shower blocks and oh so clean! A little gem and reasonably priced. 2 nights in August £58. Would definitely recommend and hope to return. Also dog friendly with a small charge.

Rural, but close to civilisation and quieter than expected considering other reviews. Nathan really impressed us with his capabilities in running the site and delivering service. Its clear that the site is being improved, but that isnt to say there is anything negative in its current condition as all services were excellent. I would totally recommend this site.

peaceful environment and views are outstanding, Nathan the owner is one of the nicest people you could meet, the shower block's are kept really clean and tidy, well done all of you, would definitely recommend this site to everyone who likes to get away to camp, thanks again 

Stayed here last year and glad we came back. Nathan has been working hard to improve the site.
This site is well situated for travelling around North Cornwall. Definitely value for money.
Will come back again next year. 

Pine Green Valley is perfectly located to reach both the north and south Cornish coasts and is right on the edge of Bodmin Moor. Nathan, the owner, runs a calm site with plenty of privacy and beautiful views across farm and moorland. The toilet block is always spotless, the showers are hot, and clothes and pot washing facilities are easily accessed. I stayed in a motorhome and found the pitch very reasonably priced; electric hook-up is on a (very cheap) meter, which seems to work well. A barrier keeps the site safe. The sunsets are amazing! Overall, a great place for singles and couples, with a flexible and friendly staff team.

Just spent a week at Pine Green Valley. The stie is run by Nathan a nice friendly young man who has recently take ownership of the site.
The shower and toilet block has been recenlly renovated is very clean and tidy.
This site is value for money. Whilst here is no wifi the site has good mobile phone signal.
Nathan is currently renovating the site and although this work is not finished it should not put you off staying here. We had a lovely week and will certainly return when we next visit the area.

I will start this review by saying that I’ve never stayed in a log cabin before. I’ve always wanted to stay in one and my friend booked us a little weekend getaway. 
I fell in love with the cabin as soon as I saw it; a cosy looking cabin with a veranda, hot tub and outdoor seating. 
We were greeted by Tony who gave us a friendly welcome and went through the basics with us. We met Carol a couple of days later. They are very lovely, warm people. They looked after us and although they did have to clean out our hot tub, it wasn’t a problem for them and they were cool about it. 
A massive plus for me was being able to feed the domesticated chickens that roamed around. I am a huge animal lover and I enjoyed feeding them and seeing them come up close. 
The log cabin was stunning inside too! I noticed straight away the hand drawn calligraphy which was on the wall and I felt this was a lovely touch. We were provided with instructions and the cabin was well equipped. 
All in all, I am super happy with my experience. Thank you so much Tony & Carol! :-)

Spectacular views in a quirky site. Lovely staff and amazing hillside and sunset view. Ideal place to tour around Cornwalls beautiful spots, close to beaches and lakes. We’ll definitely be visiting again🥰

My husband and I stayed here for a 3 night stay in our Motorhome
The owners were so friendly and helpful. 
Our pitch had the perfect view of Bodmin Moor 
Tranquil setting and excellent facilities, with top notch modern shower block and washing up facilities 
Close to Trago Mills shopping complex and easy drive distance to 
The coastal  towns of Looe, palperro, Castletown 
Which we really enjoyed on our motorbike. 
We were lucky to have amazing weather for September too. 
We would highly recommend this site and we look forward to going back very soon.

What can I say? What a wonderful place! 

From the minute we got their, we was shown to our mobile home "Laurels" by both Carol and Tony. They were extremely welcoming and was made to feel right at home straight away. They was extremely approachable throughout our trip and very helpful. 

The views around the site are stunning and the site itself is extremely clean and well kept.

Location is brilliant. As we stayed for 8 days, we tried to get as much as we could into our break away. The site is so close to all the main sites of Cornwall, and is perfectly located.

We can't wait to go back again, which I'm sure we will be doing in the not too distant future. 

I honestly can't praise this place enough. Don't hesitate, just book it!

If I could give more stars, I certainly wouldn't hesitate to do so!

Great service and impressive shower/toilets.

For one night I would say this site is fine. The shower facilities and toilets are amazing. Best we have been to yet it is a very quiet site and yes there are beautiful views however being on the lower part of the site you don’t get to see these views as much as you would, if you were on the top part of the site, the only thing that lets this site down is there is not really any places to walk the dog it’s a little bit tired looking, but I believe it is being done up , the young man who owns this site is very friendly and helpful. I’m not sure if I would stay a week here but it’s definitely a good place to stop over. Unfortunately there is no little shop so I think if you were staying here longer than one night. You were definitely needs some sort of transport other than your motorhome 

Nice site

We stayed on site as tourers on a fully serviced pitch. Nathan was friendly and accommodating and even received a parcel for us on the day of arrival. The park is well kept with Nathan and the wardens keeping the grass and planted areas clean and tidy. 
There have been some comments about piles of gravel and unkempt areas, this is a park going through a transition and clearly work is taking place. Look past this and you have great views of Bodmin moor, a peaceful venue central to many places and a friendly site team.

Great small site

The site is on a very quiet location, downside there are no walks from the site only duwn to the main road. Site staff are friendly and helpful. The site is a mix of glamping cabins, gypsy huts, static mobiles and motor home/caravan plots. Toikets/showers are very nice. Only fault I could find, the site looked a bit unkempt, grass not cut and a bit untidy

Visited in July 2020 for a week family holiday. We had a fantastic time! Our two children loved the chickens. Clean and tidy all over the site, very well looked after and Tony and Carol (owners) are fantastic owners who are extremely pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend and will certainly be returning. Thank you for a great stay!
