A great little guesthouse, situated 100yds from the quay, in West Looe, Cornwall. Traditional English B&B, fab breakfast, spotlessly clean and a great view of the harbour from our room (The Pink Room)!
The landlady, Shirley, is really friendly, as are all the staff. Cannot recommend The Little Harbour Guesthouse, highly enough. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights at the end of July and had a great time, It’s across the harbour in West Looe, but isn’t up any steep hills and you can walk into East Looe in minutes. Very clean and very quiet. Rooms are nice and the owners and staff are really friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and we enjoyed our stay. Parking can be tricky but the owners go out of their way to help with that.

I just wanted to say thank you for helping to make our special weekend even more special. 
On arrival we were greeted by Dave and Shirley and from the start you feel like you are family. the location is perfect and the rooms are cosy and a delight.

Greeted at the door, by a 2 lovely women and then politely show too our neat and fresh smelling room. In the morning we had a great full English breakfast and a nice chat with the staff who made us feel very welcome.

Just about the cutest place you could imagine, in the heart of West Looe...welcomed by the most friendly Host Shirley, who made us feel right at home with a cup of tea.

Our room was the twin overlooking the street with the booth..so adorable.  Perfect for sipping tea and getting on the wifi which was very good.

The Little Harbour is clean and cute and I wouldn't dream of ever staying anywhere else when visiting Looe..Close to everything by walking and plenty of on street parking if you don't want to go into the car park available.

A warm welcome  on arrival  and  once our bags  had been  unloaded  Shirley  took us  to  the  car park. A very steep  and  narrow  road  which  would  be  a  challenge  for  some  people. However, please  inform them  as  alternative  parking  can be  found.
A pot of  tea  soon  arrived  and  conversation flowed  as  it  seemed  they  were  old  friends, not someone we  had just  met.
A lovely  room, with plenty  of  storage  space, everything  that is needed  for a  brief stay. The  Wi-Fi  dipped in and out  but  to  be honest I wasn't there  to watch tv  nor spend time on-line  when there  was the lovely  surroundings to explore. IF I needed a  stronger connection the  dinning  room was  always  available  
Breakfast is  cooked to  order, if  something  is not offered  just  ask, they  will  do  their  best  to  accomodate your  request.
A lovely team  of helpers, service  with a smile.
I half  don't wish  to  praise  to  highly  as  there  will  be  no  vacancies on  our next  visit.

My husband and I drove from suffolk for a long weekend in Looe, even before i got out of the car i was asked by Jim if i wanted a coffee. After taking our luggage out and parked the car, we sat on the sofa with both Shirley and Jim, getting to know us and telling us where the best places to go in Looe to eat and the attractions.

After being taken to our room we noticed there was a slight problem with the sink where the water didn't drain, as we left to get something for dinner we told jim and by the time we got back it was fixed and draining perfectly. The bed was so comfortable and clean, the windows opened so wide there was a lovely breeze throughout the night. 

the TV was small but still worked so coulded ask for more. the shower was nice and hot with decent power.

breakfast was lovely also, a great range of options and if you didn't want a full breakfast he would accommodate to your needs. despite being a small B&B  we still have table service for breakfast. 

the area is outstanding and you wouldn't think you was in the UK. My husband and I really would like to come back down again and definitely stay in this B&B.

We stayed for three nights in this guest house we were greated on arrival by Shirley & Jim, Co-Proprietors. We had chosen the Little Harbour Guest House after reading the reviews associated with this guest house.We were not dissapointed everywhere was spick & span tea & coffee plus other drinks were available in our room. We thought the Little Harbour to be rather quirkey as was the small town of Looe, we made use of the river ferry 50 pence a person which cut down our walking to & from the other part of Looe & various restaurants & shops. Within 3 minutes of leaving the guest house you had the oldest pub in Looe Jolly Sailor Public House  Shiley & Jim were great hosts with Jim cooking the breakfast, Shiley & her small team of helpers serving the food. Yes we would like to come back & stay in this very friendly Guest House. Thank you everyone for making our stay so spoecial. By the way we loved your hanging baskets.

Just back from another lovely stay at the Little Harbour hosted by Shirley & Jim. As usual there was a lovely warm welcome with a parking space ready, then a fresh pot of tea and half an hour putting the world to rights with Jim. I was fishing all week so left early in the morning for the tide but there was always a lunchbox of bacon rolls waiting for me in the morning and my breakfast on Saturday morning lovingly prepared by Shirley was top notch. The B&B is a stones throw from the harbour of Looe and all the beauty it has to offer and the Jolly Sailor Pub is just a few strides away. I am returning in September and looking forward to great hosts, a clean room, comfortable bed and a belting breakfast what more could you ask for?

Nothing was too much trouble, got there on a wet day and were expected.Room was comfortable with tea, coffee, TV etc. Best described as a basic , old fashioned B&B, no frills, no fuss, decor as your would expect. But value for money well worth it.
