The Queens View Luxury B&B

We had the most incredible stay at The Queen's View for so many reasons. On the way to the B&B, there was an accident in the middle of Linlithgow cutting off all traffic through the town and I had no idea how to get through to the B&B. Without needing to call, Catriona messaged us with directions helping us get around the traffic and saved an extended argument in the car!On arrival, we were greeted by Catriona and shown to our room (Superior Double Room w/ garden view), which was stunning and absolutely spotless. Everything in the room felt very high quality. We were very pleased to find that the room looked just as good in real life as it does in the photos. The view from the balcony was beautiful, looking out at the palace. Also, the bed had to be the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in!There was a great choice for breakfast in the morning that is ordered the night before. The Scottish breakfast was excellent!I’d be happy to recommend the Queen’s View to anyone. The room was fantastic but what really made our stay special was the extra care we received from Catriona, her family, and the staff. During our stay, it was my fiancée’s birthday. At breakfast, there were some lovely flowers waiting on the table with a card, and a further handmade card from Catriona’s daughter. There were a number of other times during our stay that the staff went above and beyond, and it was greatly appreciated.Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and we can’t wait to return!
