Stayed there 2 nights during our Hike of the Herriot Way. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Jayson was a fantastic host and very friendly and helpful. His breakfast was THE BEST in the week we had in Yorkshire by far ! Locally sourced products that were amazing. Highly recommend this B&B to anyone.

Just had an overnight stay here and we were totally impressed by everything.
Spacious, clean and tidy room, comfy beds and above all quiet.
Visited the pub across the road where we had a lovely night with the friendly staff and locals.
The breakfast was very much worth a mention, freshly cooked and plentiful coupled with conversation with Jason, the owner.
We will definitely return.

Property was conveniently located near the local pub - which was excellent - and right at the start of the Herriot Way.  The rooms were clean, beds comfy, and the owner Jason was friendly and helpful.  Breakfast was sumptuous, and the packed lunches delicious.  We started our walk here, and were happy to finish our walk at the same spot.

I've stayed here for a few days a week over the past 8 weeks for work, as a solo, and its been amazing.  I've been extremely  well looked after and accommodated. Room is lovely and clean, comfortable bed and amazing  breakfasts! You definitely wont be leaving hungry. Great location too if you are going to the dales for exploring. 

We stayed here for two nights. The room was everything we wanted along with a good breakfast, Jason the host couldn't do enough for us and made us very welcome. He even phoned after we got home having discovered we had left our walking books in our room which he's posted back to us. Lovely location highly recommended.

We had an excellent stay at Cornlee. It was the perfect place to stop on our cycling tour. The breakfast was outstanding, the room was spotless and comfortable. Jason the host was friendly and a great sources of information. We highly recommend! 

Excellent accommodation with a friendly, helpful host.

Some places have an X factor and this was one of them. Extremely helpful and friendly welcome, very comfortable room and an outstanding breakfast. They even carried the case up to my room beforehand which was very welcome. Well done and 5 stars fully deserved, Thank you. 

What a great start to walking the Herriot Way.  The host the rooms the breakfast were simply the best.  Especially the breakfast which is a contender for the best B&B Breakfast award' (if there is such a thing)

We highly recommend this excellent B&B. Jayson is friendly, welcoming & nothing is too much for him (even booking a table for us for dinner in the local pub). Jaysons breakfast is delicious (best mushrooms EVER!) with locally sourced produce. The bed (rm.1) is so comfy & the shower perfect to start your day. Good parking outside. Superb value for money. Thank you for everything Jayson especially your local knowledge & hospitality & we look forward to coming back again.

Best B&B & breakfast in Yorkshire

Jason was very welcoming when we arrived and continued to be a great host through out our stay. The rooms are not the biggest but is made up for by the friendly manner and offers to help. Very clean and cared for accommodation. The best breakfast we had in our stay in the Dales, supurb quality and good sized portions. Highly recommend.

Welcoming host and the best breakfast in the Dales!

My wife and I spent a night here whilst we were having a long weekend travelling around Yorkshire. Host couldn’t do enough for us. He even went out of his way to get a bottle of alcohol free wine and a balloon to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Not to mention the banners he kindly put up! 
Room was immaculate with everything you could need. 
Breakfast was 10/10. Even when I spilt coffee everywhere! 
100% would say again if in the area.

Couldn’t have asked for more!

A lovely place to stay,  with a friendly host and an excellent breakfast . We had a really comfy bed in a room that had plenty of space for all of our motorcycling gear. Plenty of water for a nice hot shower in the morning. 
Our host was thoughtful enough to ask if we wanted to book a table at the pub nearby, which was also very good.

It really was a home away from home and lovely to return to after four days walking in the Dales.  Beautiful room and the biggest, tastiest breakfast!

Jayson was very accommodating and made us feel welcome. He ensured he secured us a spot at dinner for the night, which was lovely.
