Three of us stayed here recently for 7 nights.  Wendy is very friendly and welcoming and nothing is a trouble.  The establishment is spotless and breakfast is all you could want.  Restaurants within walking distance and off street parking.  Bus goes by door to Birmingham. Tea and coffee and biscuits in room.  We had a double room and although small was comfortable.

Good location

We had a lovely one night stay, before traveling to Edgbaston for the NZvRSA cricket world cup match.  We arrived at around 21:30, all was ready for us. The three person ensuite room was very comfortable and clean, just what was needed after a long day.  The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Thank you.

Perfect place to stay. Wendy the owner is so friendly and you just feel so comfortable. Breakfast was amasing everything you could ask for. Our room is very comfortable, has everything we need and is spotless. Thank you so much Wendy we will be back.

Home from home

I arrived and was welcomed by the very nice Wendy who owns the guest house. I was shown to my room which consisted of a double bed, tea and coffee making facilities and a really good walk in shower/toilet. The room was immaculate and enjoyed a good nights rest. There is a Beefeater and a Steakhouse very nearby. I ventured out into Solihull which is a nice town. Breakfast consisted if cereal, yogurt and fruit with a selection of juice followed by a really nice Full English, tea and coffee. In all i would thoroughly recommend this great B&B.

A little gem

We stayed at Edens End B &B for two nights. 
Great location - very peaceful . 
Comfortable beds and powerful shower .
I very much enjoyed my full English breakfast and a decent cup of coffee. 
Our host was  very helpful and sweet.
