We needed a clean and convenient place to stay for a last minute break from London and this was perfect. We received a welcome message and instructions on access as soon as booking was confirmed very efficient. If we are back in town we surely will book this place again and would highly recommend.

Excellent accommodation, room was immaculate, nicely decorated and bed was super comfy. Easy self check-in and check-out along with free parking on the driveway. Host was helpful and we were provided with a book in the room with lots of useful information on the local area in regards to restaurants etc. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay again in the future.

Excellent 1 night stay prior to a flight. Parking was easy and easy walk to the town for some food.

This is our second time stay. Always lovely! Free parking. Room spacious and clean. Good shower water pressure. Bed comfy. Lovely thick towels. Quiet area.Location perfect in the middle of Hale and Altrincham less than 10 min walk.Love that the room has coffee machine and mini fridge stock with fresh milk and bottled water. Wont be staying anywhere else if we’re in the area! Thank you x

Great property close to centre of altrincham. I didn’t get an email response initially but then was connected via text to Georgi who was very responsive and friendly. Car parking spaces full when arrived but space in street out of parking time limitations and they gave a permit for next day. Would use again

Excellent accommodation!!!

Just Perfect

Spotlessly clean self contained studio, great location & easy access to Manchester City centre. Complimentary wine.  Good Wi-Fi. Beds were soft, would have liked more of a medium to firm bed & also would have preferred better quality pillows. They seemed to be thick supermarket type pillows. Overall though a great place to stay.

Me and my son stayed two nights in a Studio Deluxe room with a mini kitchen. The room was nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. Gosia, owner of guest house, was very helpful and easy to get in touch with. It was also nice to have coffe, tea, milk, extra water bottles, kit-kat and chips for free in the kitchen. The bathroom was quite small but clean and had everything you need as soap, schampoo, body lotion and more. Check-out was at 12 the day we were going home, but when we asked for later check-out due to late plane in the evening  that was not a problem, which we really appreciated.

Nice guest house in a quiet area

When our apartment that we booked in Manchester for the weekend cancelled we were completely panicked, however we managed to find this hidden gem and I’m so glad we did!!! We booked the king deluxe room. It was spacious, clean and perfect for the three of us. The sofa bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was incredible! Gosia, the host left plenty of complimentary bits and bobs for us and we also had access to netflix and wifi. Coffee machine was lovely too! Everything about the stay was smooth. Gosia explained the check in process on the day of arrival clearly, she was also super helpful throughout our stay and replied promptly to any questions we had! A fantastic host!! We also had access to a parking space which was really convenient! Location is amazing! Really close to supermarkets and other shops too. For us it was very easy and close to central Manchester (20ish min drive), where we spent most of the weekend! However, we were super chuffed to use this accommodation as a base to rest! Would recommend a million times over and look forward to booking in the future when we inevitably travel up north again!! Thanks again for everything Gosia!!

Fabulous accom & fabulous host!!

Given I was exploring the area on foot, I couldn't have found a better base for both Altrincham and Hale.A beautiful, well-finished, comfortable room in a home-away-from-home feel.  I didn't want anything more than this and so it suited me perfectly.And I would recommend it if you are travelling alone too, very safe and quiet.
