Would highly recommend Highlea guest house Judith & Scott are the perfect Hosts and nothing is to much trouble! Beds are comfortable!  Breakfasts are excellent.

Made to feel very welcome by Scott.. gave us the lowdown on the  best places to eat/drink .. once checked in your left alone but he’s easily reachable if needed .. breakfast was great with a variety of options all inc of price .. cereal, fresh fruit .. yoghurts . Preserves along with the full English .. vegetarian also provided if wanted , was also made to feel very welcome by ( I assume his wife ) who talked with us and was very hospitable and accommodating.. also gave our dog a sliced sausage to include him .. dogs are not allowed ( and rightly so) in the dining area .. was a really good experience and will gladly return without hesitation

We stayed here as a family for two nights at the beginning of November. We had a lovely stay and can’t wait to return which we are hoping to in May next year. The owner Scott couldn’t do enough to help us. While me and my husband went to move the car Scott helped our daughter to carry the bags etc up to our room. He gave us directions to the Playhouse as we were watching a show there on the one evening.
The breakfast,what more can I say there was everything there that you could won’t. Jars of fresh fruit,yogurt,cereal,orange juice. Toast is made fresh and so is the cooked breakfast. So you have to be prepared to wait(which wasn’t long) and you can tell that it is all fresh 😋😋.
There are even sweets and mints in dishes when you come into the reception area.
The stay was well worth the money and feel that nothing more could be done to improve our stay.

We had a wonderful weekend stay here! Our room was clean and cosy, decorated with a lovely nautical theme. Our bed was comfortable and we had a coffee maker, teas, fresh water etc.
Scott was very friendly and easily contactable with any queries. Breakfast was delicious and we were offered the option of having it delivered to our room! 
Really convenient location, a 5 minute walk to the marine lake or the beach. Although there was no on-site parking there was street parking or a public car park within spitting distance.
I'd definitely be happy to return again, thank you!

This was our 2nd Visit to Highlea House and we cannot fault it in anyway. The place is so relaxed and great rooms.
It is so near the Beaches and dog friendly. Also the breakfast is the best!! 
Scott is an amazing bloke and really makes you feel at home. 
We will definitely being going again soon!!!!

What a fantastic b&b. The place is excellent and the hosts, Scott and Judith, are very friendly. The room was spotless, breakfasts superb and as we stayed for a week, we were given fresh linen halfway through. It’s in a great location and had everything we needed for a great stay. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts and they shared their local knowledge to enhance our holiday. The local pub ( the Criterion) is within staggering distance and is full of friendly staff and locals. The bed was comfy, shower was easy to use and we were provided with fresh towels, coffee, tea etc each day. Scott and Judith were absolutely delightful and the perfect hosts. We are so looking forward to visiting again in the near future. 

The first night in over 3 months that I have slept a full night without waking up. The bed & pillows  were comfortable & clean. Breakfast was plentiful, fresh & delicious. The location was ideal & parking was available. We were allowed to drop off our luggage in the morning & when we returned they were in our room. The water was hot in the morning & evening for a shower. There was plenty of tea bags.coffee & bottled water. I would definitely return again. Scott and his team were very friendly. Thank you. 

Highlea House guest house is a place I would recommend to anyone, especially those with pets!
Judith and Scott were so welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay memorable! Even my guide dog loved it here.
Breakfast was probably the best I have been offered in any hotel I've stayed in and gave us a really great start every day!
 A truly lovely place to stay and Weston-super-Mare  itself was very beautiful and freindly!

This hotel may not be the most modern in decor but the owners made up for it in so many ways. My husband and I took our dog with us and we were made to feel so welcome. We were treated like kings and the owners were delightful. They fell over themselves to make our stay lovely. They even knew all the places to eat where dogs were welcome. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. There was plenty of tea and coffee and biscuits in the room and shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. We would definitely stay here again.

We called up the same day as we wanted a day at the beach with our dog and to stay over. The host gave us the best deal, was super friendly to us and our dog. Our room was bijoux but perfect. Location is fab, 2 mins walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and pubs. We came in January which is off season but it still felt like it had a good vibe here. I have to say, Weston is super dog friendly, so many places happy to receive our furry friends. We will return!

A little gem of a place especially for dog owners

Amazing hosting from Scott. He couldn’t have done more to accommodate us, including getting my son a birthday balloon as our visit was to celebrate his birthday. Great breakfast, it certainly hit the spot! 
Comfortable room and bed- my only grumble would be that we couldn’t prop the windows open easily and we like to sleep with the  window open. Rooms were a little tired and stud walls meant noise travelled from the other rooms but overall we were comfortable and would be very happy to return. Fantastic location and very easy walk into town centre/beach,
