Very clean, fresh, immaculate guest house. Really well located with only a 10 minute walk to the sea front. Louise was a lovely host and the breakfast was excellent. Could not recommend highly enough.

Let's start with Louise,the owner,what lovely and caring person.
She keeps the place clean and tidy, a pleasure to walk into.Her breakfasts are second to none, freshly cooked,and plenty of it.
She's got two lovely dogs,who we played with constantly,she more or less gave us the run of her home, but that's what she's like.

Well what can I say , but amazing, fantastic greeting from Louise , very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, very clean breakfast cooked fresh as you arrive in the morning to the breakfast room, , would highly recommend will definitely be staying again thank you Louise for making our stay perfect from the beginning 😘

had a really nice stay. Met by a really nice and friendly lady who  owns it. Breakfast really good. Couldnt ask for more. Freshly decorated room. Really close to the town centre. Comfortable bed. Will definitely stay again

Great weekend in Western the Roedean was a great place to stay 
Louise who runs the bed and breakfast was very welcoming and friendly
 I have to take my hat off to her not only does she run the bed and breakfast she also works another job too very hard working 
Only a 15 minute walk to the town 
We had room 3 on the back was lovely and quiet 
Breakfast was superb could not fault it 
We will be returning 5* from us

Fantastic, really could not recommend this guest house enough to families with young children, as well as coupes. Only consists of 4 rooms but is an advantage as you really are made to feel welcome by Louise and should could not do enough for us. Spotlessly clean beyond words. Hope to stay here again soon.

Stayed overnight with my daughter 'such a warm welcome from louise she was lovely lady who you feel would do anything for you and the breakfast was lovely help yourself to cereal' full english and toast with different spreads with as much tea or coffee ' highly recommended this hotel thank you louise x

Second trip as we had stopped here in 2015 but if anything it is even better now. Louise is a great host and has everything in place to ensure a safe and comfortable stay in these weird times. Everything is spotless and the breakfast is brilliant we couldn't have wished for more. Would return in a flash and hope to see Louise next time we come down to Weston - hopefully it won't be another five years.

Stayed one night for a stopover in Weston. Absolutely worthy of the excellent reviews. Louise is a lovely lady, the accommodation  is spotless ditto the rooms and a fantastic breakfast was had. I have tried to think of even one small snag, but I can’t. WiFi included, complimentary tea and coffee in the room and close to the town and beach. I would definitely stay again.
