Premier Inn Weston-Super-Mare East (A370)

Had two night stay at this Premier Inn the beds were comfortable, the food was nice. If I come back down to Weston-Super-Mare will use this Premier Inn again, if you wish to get into room earlier that be a cost of £10.00, I will give it a 10/10 for everything

Had a great weekend break, check in was swift and the added bonus of free parking was very welcome.
Staff were helpful and pleasant.

Lovely clean accessible room, with a lot of thought given to make it user friendly, a few hooks on the wall in the bathroom would be recommended.

As per other reviews it is quite difficult to find though and not at all clearly signed, the entrance road is full of some rather deep potholes also so be warned!

Hotel was fine and up to Premier Inn standards. Beefeater was awful for evening meal. Could not have started from one menu and main from the other despite both items available and in stock. We took our £100 business over 2 nights to a competitor pub. Hotel great, let down by attached Beefeater

Staff were brilliant throughout our stay.  Check in staff very informative,  friendly and helpful.  
All staff very welcoming.  Booked our table at Beefeater, very helpful with advice for local area. We had a lovely stay a good nights sleep.  Would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is quiet and reasonably priced. It is located in a quiet part of Weston Super-Mare adjacent to the Sports Centre. The direction from the Sports Centre are clearly marked by the "Beefeater" sign which signifies the Premier Inn logo. The hotel is within easy access to the motorway, ideal place to stay to break a journey.

We would like to thank Shauna, Gabi, and Ryan for their kindness, Friendliness and for being so helpful with giving us information about the area 😊 nothing was too much trouble 😊 They are all a credit to the Premier Inn.
We have stayed at a number of Premier Inn’s but would definitely say that this one was the best and would recommend 😊 Weston Super Mare East (A370) Hutton Moor Road.

Had a great stay here, team were very welcoming, hotel felt brand new and the in room personal message and chocolate was a nice touch! Room was clean and warm - also a good selection from the vending machine which can be hit and miss in some other hotel chains - will be back.

Love this hotel the staff are always friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We stay here regularly as we have family who live close by. We stayed in the newer bit of the hotel which had everything we needed. Slept really well and couldn't hear the road close by.

Thank you to the team at the hotel, so welcoming and friendly. Received a lovely gift in my room on arrival. The room was perfect. Location was great and the car park in was really good. Me and my family would definitely say that again.. 

Used this hotel to go to Weston Super Mare carnival, was about 25 minutes walk using pedestrian/cycle path. The room was clean, comfortable bed and had everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely lots of choice.

Welcome Break

The good bits. The room was immaculately clean, comfortable bed, warm and welcoming. Can’t fault restaurant staff and food. Parking was easy. Checking in was easy. Only downside our keys stopped working in evening on 2 occasions,  no one on reception to assist although could hear staff talking in staff room. Message said ring silver button for attention which we couldn’t find no clear indication of where it was. Eventually found it on an automated machine. Staff did come out from staff room pretty quick and rectified the problem. As an improvement I would suggest reception staff have more presence actually on reception desk. Overall a good 2 night stay.

Great stay

The hotel itself was clean and the room clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout.
Only down side was the noise from the corridor door slamming throughout the night , the upstairs guests walking around and very squeaky floor boards. Unfortunately this did wake us multiple times on our 2 night stay which was disappointing as we had traveled 4 hours and had a busy weekend and needed a good rest.
