this hotel is excellent, with Victoria on the desk has you enter the hotel.
 Casper in the bar is amazing,he serves everybody and keeps a smile on his face.
Premier Inns should award this man, because his outstanding effort deserves full recognition.

Victorija on the night shift was amazing. Looked after us so well after a family party. Hours of trying to order a just eat she looked after us so well, entertaining, funny and courteous- she is the best member of staff I’ve ever met in a premier inn - and we stay in a lot!

I was served by Kacper who was excellent. He really cares about his customers and was so happy / helpful even though he was busy running both the bar and restaurant himself. He is very pleasant and really well organised. A credit to Premier Inn. Thank you

Food was great too although portions were enormous so I didn’t manage to eat it all

Having stayed at the Premier Inn Wellingborough for a few night and a return visit again for a few nights, I couldn’t speak more highly about the staff. In particular Jade who was super helpful and accommodating on my return visit. The food was great and nice and hot and the friendly front of house staff were super attentive. Comfy room with lots of space!!

I always stay at this hotel every tume I cane. The rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. All staff are very lively and very helpful.

MacDonald, Lidl, Marks and Spencer, Starbuck are around the hotel. The only thing is there is so much choice if restaurants. But all good to a business traveller.

Will surely come again next time.

I've stayed in Premiers Inns before and, as usual, this time was no different in that the hotel was tidy, the room was clean with all amenities in place.
What was different this time was the fact that I requested to check in early into a specific room.
Freida, the manager, made this happen and with a smile on her face.  
Thank you Freida, you made my stay just a bit more special.

It was my first time staying over at the Wellingborough branch for the "Back to the 90s" boybands concert as well as seeing my favourite boyband, "a1" of course & for "911" too! It was such a great excitement day for me! The location is very convenient for me because it is near to the Castle Theatre Wellingborough itself! Absolutely amazing! Kate has given me a great check out greet too! Jahmal was a gentleman when I checked in and looked after me too. It was such an exciting stay due to 2 members of "911" actually stayed over at the same hotel as I was too!!! It was cool to see the guests who went to the same event as I did. It was so close by. I was so amazed! I will be back in the future! It was such a fun night that the vending machine has been stuck that Lee Brennan from 911 actually want something from the vending machine but failed to get his snack. I was spending time with him in the reception area alongside with his fans too! What a night it was! I do hope that one day it will happen again! Thank you Premier Inn!!

I regularly stay in Premier Inns but first time in Wellingboro. I only needed hotel to be functional, with a king size bed because I am tall, clean and in a safe location, easily accessible to various locations in the surrounding area.  Everything was as required and worked out exactly as expected.

This premier inn is far out the most best place I’ve stayed in the hotel team where all the best everyone went out there way to help you out no matter how big or small the issue was. I’m a homeless bloke living in and out of most premier inn’s and this this the best far out. Night shift now that’s a different story the Queen she’s a lovely lady straight talking she’ll help out and make you feel like the family making sure you have everything you need to make your stay comfortable and exciting to come here. I’ve been staying here for 3 weeks now almost 4 and I wouldn’t change it. Day shift Kate and the other girls are also amazing there all go out there way to help you too making my life easier as I’m disabled person there always on it so all I can say is a big thank you from the bottom of my heart and thanx for your support and thanx for being there for me great place to be Premier Inn love you all guys xxxxxx

Very clean and comfortable room, very quiet stay. I would definitely use it again! Handy access to local shops and facilities and the breakfast was lovely. Plenty of car parking also available. I thought it was quite good value for money.

What a great small cosy place! Saw "911" boyband in the hotel!!!

Overall it’s the best place to be can’t beat it and I’ll never change anything about my time staying here

Stayed here over the weekend and as soon as we checked in, we were met with the warmest welcome, even though it was almost 3am (car troubles and a looooong journey). I didn't catch her name but she was on both nights we were there and she couldn't have been lovelier. I had a really nice natter with her at daft o clock as I was unable to sleep. She made up for the other member of staff who wasn't all that nice to my partner.

The reception staff. Especially Victoria was extra special looking after me. Brilliant. I’d like to put her up for an award as someone who works nights and is so happy and welcoming makes a massive difference.   Great experience

The Wellingborough Premier inn is clean, tidy ,well maintained, as you would expect from a Premier Inn. What actually makes this hotel is its Staff. They were all extremely welcoming . They had a wealth of knowledge of the local area and recommended some fantastic places for us to visit during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for this friendly team. They ordered us taxis when needed and  went above and beyond to make our stay special. They even drove us to the station when we were running late for our train back to London. Thank you especially to Lucy for helping us, it was so kind of you! Premier Inn Wellingborough  staff are amazing , they deserve a pay rise! We look forward to returning soon thank you. x
