Just returned for a weeks stay here with my partner.
We stayed in the self catering accommodation which was clean and very well equipped. We had a lovely view of the fells from our bedroom window to wake up too. 10 minute walk into Keswick. The Pleasant Pub around the corner which serves lovely food( need to pre book). Our hosts Diane & Andrew made us feel welcome. 


We received a lovely warm welcome from Diane our host which set the tone for an enjoyable and comfortable stay in this gem of a bed and breakfast. 
We stayed in the family room which was very clean and comfortable and offered the bonus of a huge balcony from which the views of the skiddaw range were superb. The outdoor pool was another bonus which we enjoyed the use of throughout our stay.
We found the hotels situation perfect as it was within easy walking distance of town but just far enough out to escape the crowds. 
Breakfast was delicious and we were spoilt for choice from the menu. For meals out we recommend The Pheasant Inn and The Filling Station, both are less than a 5 minute walk away.
There is parking at the accommodation.
We would recommend and hope to stay again. Thank you for a memorable holiday.

We had a lovely B&B stay at Skiddaw Grove, easy to book, booking changed many times due to covid restrictions,  but never caused a worry, they were friendly and reassuring,  offering refund or re booking. 
Lovely,  clean and comfortable rooms, breakfast was gorgeous! A short walk through the park into Keswick.  We didn't get chance to use the outdoor pool ourselves,  but others were and it looked great. We wilm definitely be back, probably to the self catering apartment with  family .. thank you 

Very welcoming hosts. Accommodation excellent. Food excellent. Few minutes walk to centre. Would highly recommend. Very well situated for visiting other areas. Owners offer discounts on various local attractions. Not tried but also hire out VW camper vans which looked very well looked after

Stayed 3 nights August 2020.
Absolutely brilliant B and B. So clean. Very welcoming and extremely covid aware. 
The breakfast was amazing, even in covid, the full cooked breakfast menu was still available to order served in a socially distanced dining room and absolutely delicious xx 
Location was perfect for Keswick centre, just 10 mins walk. 
Would highly recommend this B and B to anyone wanting to visit Keswick and the Lakes.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The owners were friendly and helpful and I got a discount on my theatre ticket from the code available in the room information. Space to park and a ten minute walk from the centre of Keswick. The breakfast was fantastic - loved the sausages! The view from my room (I stayed in the single room) was a,axing and the fells never looked the same twice.

The bed was comfy and I slept brilliantly and I didn’t hear anyone in any of the their rooms, which is always good.

Would definitely recommend as a great place to stay. 

Beautiful views, fantastic cooked breakfast with daily specials, very comfortable beds and a fab heated swimming pool. A 10 minute walk into the centre of Keswick so we didn't need to move the car. A fantastic 3 night stay with Diane and Andrew!

We had another wonderful stay at skiddaw grove this time with our daughter..both our rooms were lovely immaculately clean with stunning views from both our windows..Andrew and Diane our really friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was delicious and beautifuly presented..we will definitely return and recommend to all our family and friends

This hotel is runned by super friendly couple Andrew and Diane.
They do their utmost to give you a pleasant stay.Room ad bath are renewed very well and the comfort is next to none.
Andrew will help you with all your questions ,, while Diane cooks you the best English breakfast ever.Very pleasant stay with super hosts.

Stayed here with friends, hosts are very welcoming, the location is perfect with great views!

Very enjoyable stay

Gem of a place

So we have stayed at this lovely place over the last 5 years 
And over that time everything has always been great.
This time I have to apologise for my personal miss understanding of the new government Covid rules 
And the amount of people that can come to the apartment.
For this I have to apologise.
Today after having a heated debate in regards to my wrong doing I apologised to the owners wife 

And then went to apologise to the husband of the property 
He decided to haul me over the coals for calling on Friday morning at 08.23am
To discuss numbers in the apartment.

This place is well worth the money and set in a lovely area 
Again I would like to offer my full and sincere apologies for today

What can I say that hasn't already been said. If you visit Keswick please stay here Andrew & Diane are two of the most friendliest people you could ever wish to  meet , and the breakfasts , it comes as no surprise they got an award , absolutely gorgeous , with magnificent views of Skiddaw while you eat. 
The bedrooms and guest house itself was immaculately  clean and just to top it off the award winning Pheasant Inn was also just around the corner serving tasty food & a great selection of real ales and finally its  just a pleasant 10 - 15 minute stroll into the centre of Keswick. Perfect just perfect!


A Little Gem!

We had a lovely stay. The family room was a decent size, with a nice little balcony. It would be even better in Summer, particularly with the pool. Breakfast was very tasty, especially the sausage! Nice and clean. Handy car park.
