The room was lovely and clean with a fridge and complimentary water and biscuits, very clean and large room, we had a family room was lovely. Location was quiet not far off Bowness, and great little social club just around the corner. Breakfast was amazing cooked all from local butchers, the porridge was beautiful, what a beautiful little gem, host was lovely and very informative xx
