A little gem. Spotlessly  clean, easy to find, Beautiful views of the Airedale Valley.
Lisa makes sure you get a warm Yorkshire welcome on arrival.
The breakfast left in the room surpasses anything I had before.

My mum and I stayed in April 2023 in the ground floor amazing accommodation.  Absolutely beautiful room with stunning scenery. We wanted a quiet relaxing weekend and that's exactly what we got. The beds where sooooo comfy and the room so cosy. It was quite windy when we where there but once the door was shut you couldnt hear a thing. Lisa and her family are so lovely, we will definitely be returning. It was so good we would have stayed a few extra days but we had to go home for an appointment. I would highly recommend this lovely farm to everyone ( but please don't go on the weekend I want to go:) )



Just returned from a four night stay. Lisa was a very welcoming and friendly host.The accommodation was superb. Both the bedroom and showerroom were spacious and cosy with underfloor heating. The bed was really comfortable and the bedding was of excellent quality. The continental breakfast was plentiful. Excellent value for money. The location was peaceful with wonderful views, the sunrise was magical.  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return in the future.

Delightful quiet location. Excellent accommodation with every comfort and Lisa has thought of everything with quality fittings and consumables.
Comprehensive continental breakfast in the room with fridge, microwave, toaster.
Large modern tv and great wifi. Excellent value b and b.

'Why was it excellent?' 
The reasons are as follows:
1. Excellent hosts, who totally understand how to make guests welcome and caters for their daily needs.
2. Superb comfortable accommodation, furnished to a very high standard, fully equipped for self-catering breakfast. The shower room is superb!
3. Sumptuous breakfast provision, with a range of options, catering for all dietary needs.
4. Provision of leading brand toiletries and crockery!
5. Surprisingly brilliant location for exploring alternative walking countryside locations away from the well known other tourist Dale destinations.
6. Instant karma guaranteed from your chair outside your front door - the views are intoxicating!
7.A myriad of walks (suitable for all levels and ages) available directly from the farm gate. Lisa provides all necessary maps and information!
8. It's a proper working sheep farm - only the sheep gets fleeced!
9. Great value for money!!!
Pickersgill Manor Farm is a chocolate box of delights and is well worth a visit! Would definitely visit again for an extended stay

Can we give it six stars?

Our son lives in Silsden down the hill and we often need to stay somewhere overnight when we visit him. If only we’d discovered Pickersgill before, we could have avoided the poor Premier Inn further away.

As soon as we arrived, saw the lovely view across the valley we knew we’d made the right decision and my wife gasped in delight as Lisa opened the door to the room. It is beautiful. Huge bed, comfortable settee, pretty decor and so many extras you don’t get in a hotel room. Large bathroom with excellent shower and quality towels. Fridge stocked with milk, orange juice and other breakfast goodies; a microwave, fruit, delicious flapjacks. And you can tell it’s a sheep farm with all the woollen items - blankets, sheep cushions etc. And a bedside clock, yeah!

I was fascinated by the Ordnance Survey map centred on the farm and having binoculars available was very useful. Even the small group of sheep eating the geraniums in the tubs outside the door was amusing. 

Lisa herself was a delight to meet (Marcus was busy shearing) and we learned a great deal about local farming. 

All in all, we are overjoyed to have discovered Pickersgill and we will return.

Just stayed last weekend here, a lovely room you wanted for nothing. No need to pack a hairdryer or even a shoe shine kit, everything was there even a pair of binoculars to enjoy the fantastic view. 
We were made very welcome and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a lovely relaxing weekend.

What a wonderful place. Our room was on the ground floor with lovely views across the valley. Ample parking, easy access and very quiet, apart from the lambs!!!
The room was huge with an excellent shower room and loo. The room itself was very clean with the brilliant breakfast hamper delivered to the door.
The Breakfast hamper included home made granola, and many other delicious items.
Lisa the host was lovely. Very friendly and clearly hardworking. This is a working Farm after all.
We wish we could have stayed more than the 4 nights we had. Peaceful, close to lovely walks, set in stunning country side and the perfect host. What more could you ask for!

Spent 3 lovely days at this lovely little B and B and was a great little escape considering the current situation due to covid! Lisa was great and very welcoming the rooms are beautiful.

The breakfast selection provided in your rooms was amazing and plenty of choice for you to help yourself too when you are ready for breakfast. Great views and lots of little walks around the B & B and not too far from the town if you want to go there too.

First experience of living in live farm bnb.Host Lisa has put lots of effort in decorating the room.Very well stocked up with breakfast items specially homemade flap jack.Beauitiful views right from the room.Very serene.I think they did serve hot breakfast before (read in reviews).We met Lisa's family everyone do different work in farm.All info gathered by hubby. 
Stunning views, very comfortable stay, nice shower unit with quality stuff. 
Wish we could enjoy English 😉 breakfast....
Nevertheless absolutely beautiful location ♥️ 
We went to skipton Market check open days ,skipton Castle had to come back to bnb thanks to heavy rain...Sunday on returning covered Bolton Abbey stunning location. Will visit again.

Lovely little spot

We had a fantastic 3 night stay here. A wonderful spot to stay with great views and clean fresh air. Great if you want to get out and about walking but also close enough to sample the delights of Yorkshire. The rooms are fantastic with everything you could want and breakfast is provided with lots of choice. Lisa is a friendly, welcoming host and is happy help where needed. She was also kind enough to put up a birthday banner in our room. Would highly recommend staying here.
