We had a great 2 night stay at Corran Guest House.  It’s only a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Inverness but is peaceful and extremely comfortable.  We had a spacious room, comfy bed and super soft towels!  The highlight though was the hospitality - such a friendly welcome, great service and even helped us with an early breakfast on our last day when we had to set off before the usual breakfast time.  Hope to return one day!

 A wonderful quiet location which is a ten minute stroll to town shops and restaurants as well as walking trails along the River Ness. The breakfast is made to order and very bountiful. The hosts are so welcoming and give great attention to every detail. Super clean and comfortable with nice views from the bedroom windows. It is small and intimate, therefore very restful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and hope to return!

John and Caroline are the consummate hosts!  My friend and I stayed here two nights in late August 2017 at the end of our Northern Ireland/London/Oxford/Inverness trip. We were treated to a lovely and well-appointed ground floor room just off the dining area.  Though small (2 twin beds, a wardrobe and small dresser with inset bookcase and nightstand), we were treated to thick white fluffy bathrobes (the bathroom was located around the corner under the stairwell) and all the amenities in the room a person could want.  We were greeted and welcomed warmly and personally by both Caroline and John and then left perfectly to ourselves to come and go as we liked as if it were our own home.  Breakfast (even when I didn't fill out the breakfast request menu ahead of time) was cooked to order by John.  And a lovely breakfast we had both days!  The dining area is lovely for conversation and cheery. I loved the warm wood (just enough) of the inside decor.  Cozy, clean, just enough. Just what I dreamed of for a more personal stay than a hotel.  Talking with Caroline is a joy and I felt like both of them were home friends our entire stay.  And I think that is what one is left with after one leaves....the feeling that I've enjoyed a stay with good friends.  If I ever am able to come back to Inverness (I am hoping so!), I will most definitely call up Corran Guest House and make my reservations early!  Thank you John and Caroline for a most memorable stay!

Corran House is indeed a lovely B&B but hosts, John & Caroline, make it spectacular.  We were on a 3 week tour of Scotland, Belfast and the Republic of Ireland and this was the best B&B that we stayed at by far.  Spacious rooms, great breakfasts, central location, and more importantly our great hosts.  Despite being very busy at breakfast Caroline always took the time for some conversation about our trip.  No need to look anywhere else in Inverness.

My fiancé and I stayed here for a few nights and absolutely loved our stay. The hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly, the location was perfect and the room had great facilities. If we ever return to Inverness we'll be sure to stay here again.

John and Caroline are a wealth of knowledge about the town and Scotland and very helpful.

We enjoyed a terrific 2-night stay at this guest house. Our hosts, John & Caroline, made us feel extremely welcome from the very moment we arrived. We were escorted to our immaculately clean, spacious and modern room and given all sorts of information for the area. The location is ideal for walking to "downtown" Inverness yet secluded enough to not have any noise bother during the night. There is much to do in Inverness and John and Caroline can direct you in your interests. The breakfast was made-to-order, was quite tasty and was served by Caroline who always had amusing conversation. We very much enjoyed our excellent stay at this guest house!
