Had a great 3-night stay.  The house was very comfortable and in a nice residential area, but only about a 10 minute walk to the downtown bars and restaurants.  The hot tub was nice and we made use of the washing machine.  Seems like a great deal for the price.

This was an excellent stay for our family of five. Very comfortable spaces for everyone. Our first night, we had an easy street walk to dining options. Definitely recommend booking diner reservations in advance. The hot tub was perfect after a day of sightseeing. Very centrally located. Perfect.

Great location, handy for Inverness centre and easy to get to the surrounding area. Clean comfortable and spacious home.

A very nice & clean holiday home, great location, safe and quiet given a few pubs close by. We enjoyed the welcome basket of goodies and would totally recommend this accommodation to others.Our hosts were very good with communication.

Very welcoming and user friendly house. Amazing hot tub and a lovely patio. Really helpful owners. The place is within a short walk from the centre, plenty of charming cafes and shops nearby as well. Great for the children.

This was the first time I stayed in this Premier Inn and it was a very good experience. Clean friendly and well run place and very good value. I would certainly recommend this hotel to others and I would be happy to stay there again 

This hotel is ideally positioned in the centre of Inverness allowing access to all local amenities. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms comfortable and clean. I would not hesitate to recommend a stay here. 


Fantastic location. Lovely staff -  always helpful and friendly. Food was great - nicely prepared and laid out. Hotel and our room was super clean. Loved the place . Best Premier Inn  hotel I have ever stayed in. Look forward to returning. Can't recommend the place enough.

Excellent hotel, and fantastic location, we came by train, so may not be best place if coming by car. Very good breakfast, room very clean and comfortable-greeted by Paul, who got us checked in early which was great. Would definitely stay here again

It was our first time visiting Inverness, this premier inn had everything we needed & the location was perfect and the beds are so comfortable, the breakfast was delicious & we had our evening meal here which was delicious & value for money

Due to major traffic issues in and around Inverness, it was now going to take us a possible 3.5 hour trip to get home. Instead of waiting in queues of non moving traffic, we decided to book into this hotel at the very last minute. The woman on reception was very helpful as we were stranded with no spare clothes or toiletries. She supplied us with toothbrushes and toothpaste and directed us to the local supermarket for other items such as contact lense case. 
We then relaxed in our room for the night. The beds are so comfortable. Great to see improvements to the room with charging points now at each side of the bed which is ideal.

Very helpful

Stayed here after a flight the hotel is situated on the river Ness with view of the castle the hotel is close to shops bars and only a mile walk from the football stadium breakfast was nice but I felt it was a bit rushed soon as I sat down they asked for the cooked so I said can you give me five minutes definitely would.stay again 

Central location 

very nice hotel, nice quite area. there's no traffic noise. staff are super friendly and helpful. food was amazing with a good selection and reasonably priced. only issue I found was parking garage at rear was not sign posted and there is also a height limit which limited me to the first 4 spaces (transit custom with roof bars) which also made reversing out in the morning interesting.

very comfortable

Stayed in a Premier Plus room and we were very happy with it. Large sized room with a big double bed, a sofa, a table, and a workstation.

Very clean and quiet and the room had a mellow purple lighting option that I liked a lot. Super comfy bed and powerful shower. Room cleaned every day if you let reception know before midday.

Nice to have a coffee machine as an addition to the kettle, and the replenished water in the mini fridge and free chocolate was most welcome! 

The only down side is that we either couldn’t work out how to cast from iPad to the television or it simply doesn’t have that function, but that wasn’t a deal breaker — we just watched stuff on the iPad. 

Friendly staff, easy checkin, location was great and very central. Will definitely use again if in Inverness. A+.

Comfy weekend in Inverness

It's some years since I last stayed at this hotel and I was happy to see that it's been refurbished - and very nicely too.   Very recently all the rooms at the front of the hotel (with the nice view over the River Ness) have been upgraded and reclassified as Premier Plus rooms.  So if you want the view you'll have to book one of these rooms and the price difference over a normal room can be greater than at most other Premier Inns.

I was staying for just 2 nights and had breakfast each morning.  The reception staff made an effort to find me a room on the top floor and were extremely welcoming.  Breakfast was as good as ever and a particular thank you to Agnes who is so helpful and hard working.

Hotel newly refurbished

We stayed here for a few nights in the newly refurbished premium rooms. The room was spotless in decor and cleanliness and we had a lovely view of the river.  It was in a great location very near to the town and we had a few options for parking. However the stand out for this hotel was the attitude of the staff, in particular at reception. They couldn’t have been more welcoming, cheerful and helpful. Fantastic!

Fantastic customer service

Was visiting Inverness to attend the musical Six at Eden Court Theatre. Although the hotel doesn't have much of a car park you can easily park at the Cathedral long stay a 5 minute stroll along the river front. The hotel has an excellent location with lots of bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity and is just across the bridge from the city centre. The staff were welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. The bar & restaurant area is very nice and offers views of the river. The breakfast was very good - hot items were fresh and replenished as needed and everything was well cooked. Overall a great stay.

Relaxing stay

Stay was comfortable, welcome packet was a plus,  temperature was controlled, main stores were a bit of walk but doable, bedrooms are upstairs, perfect for someone  who can climb up a plight of stairs.Uber doesn’t operate here in Inverness, if you don’t have a car, book your ride a day or a few hours ahead.

My husband and I stayed here from Sept 1-6. We requested an accessible room since my H is in a wheelchair. The bathroom is actually a wet room with plenty of floor space, a lower sink, and a large bench in the shower that is lowered from the wall. The floor we were initially on was set to be renovated so we were asked to switch floors, which we were happy to do. In return, we were comped our breakfasts for our entire stay. Every member of staff was polite, friendly, ready to help with anything. The room itself was basic, king size bed that we loved. We had a fantastic quick holiday and plan on coming here again next year.

Wonderful hotel!

Amazing customer service at the desk and bar/restaurant.  The people there are friendly, nice, and helpful. 

Great food at their restaurant.  Had breakfast and dinner there.  Delicious food.

The location is great.  Close to bridge to across the canal and supermarket around the corner.
You can also take the suspension bridges to other side.  Walking distance to everything.
