Huge comfortable bedrooms. Quiet setting. Delicious breakfast. Warm friendly hosts.  Heaps of parking on site.  We were welcomed with a cup of tea and had a friendly chat with hosts and other family and friends.  Would definitely come back.

Stayed 5 nights and found it very convenient to Inverness (10 minutes to downtown Inverness) and points around. Fionia cooks a great breakfast. The room was great - quiet location; tv provided, and free fast internet.

This is a super B&B! Large immaculate and comfortable rooms with all the necessary facilities. Excellent breakfasts. Great location close  to Inverness and handy too for the Spey Valley and Moray Coast. We will be back.

We were looking for a nights accommodation close to Nairn and Inverness. This place is in between and is down a quiet track off a B road. Big room beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. The lady was charming and we found we only had 2 tea bags which were quickly supplemented after we asked; nothing is too much! Quiet room meant a dreamless sleep. Breakfast was great but a small issue was the sausage was not to my taste, the bacon, egg, tomatoes and mushrooms totally fine. I will return and definitely recommend this place to anybody who wants a quiet stay in a lovely rural setting.

I was booked in here as I had work locally. It’s rural, but beautifully peaceful. Only 10 minutes from Inverness itself, Fiona provides clean comfortable rooms with an excellent breakfast. I would thoroughly recommend, unless you are desperate to be in the middle of the city.
