An Grianan

An Grianan is a lovely Bed and Breakfast. Terri and Eddie were completely accommodating and the room was very nice. The bed was the most comfortable out of our whole Scotland trip. Breakfast was tasty and having a sweet treat and a wee dram waiting for us at the end of long days exploring was a wonderful touch.

Very well kept and quaint Bed & Breakfast. Delicious breakfast, especially loved that there were vegan and vegetarian options! Hosts were super nice and the B&B was walking distance from the main town. A bit of a hill to walk up on the way back, but it wasn't too bad. Would definitely stay here again!

Very happy with stay here on my trip to Ness Book Fest. Lots of useful local information offered and a delicious breakfast. Easy location for walk into town but peaceful neighbourhood too. Many thanks to the hosts.

A lovely place, so central and yet quiet. Wonderful and very helpful hosts. The room was beautiful and the homemade cakes and the decanter in the room were very thoughtful and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend this place in Inverness.

This really is a perfect place to stay; a beautiful house, comfortable room, friendly hosts and lovely breakfast. The decanter of whisky and homemade cakes were a delightful touch. Really recommended!

This is an interesting house with many original features. The bedroom was comfortable and well equipped and there were some nice touches, such as the home-baked cake left with the tea making facilities. The breakfast was excellent. Terri and Eddie were very welcoming and were a mine of local information. The house is in a quiet area, but only a short and interesting walk from the town centre.

An Grianan was one of the best B&B we've ever stayed. The room was clean, the bed was very comfy and it's very close to the city centre. We received very warm welcome from the host as she greeted us with homemade cupcakes. Even though we had to leave early, hosts prepared light breakfast for us on the night before. Overall, we had a lovely stay at An Grianan. We would love to stay there again if we have a chance to visit Inverness.

An Grianan was easy to find, with a couple of dedicated parking spaces (get in touch first to make sure one is available, but there should be some on street parking available nearby otherwise). Our room was lovely, and Terri welcomed us in a most friendly way, giving us some local tips and information. The location is great, in a quiet area outside of the centre, but less than 10 minutes walk from there, perfect balance. The breakfast was both plentiful and delicious. Important to remember they only accept cash for payment (there is a cash machine at the Morrisons nearby). Would definitely go again if I'm back in Inverness!

We had a beautiful room with a great bathroom, the breakfast was great, the talks with our hostess was great and it was quiet despite the proximity to downtown. Also delicious was the cake we had for afternoon tea on our room, thanks for that!Any time!

The home is a short drive (or a slightly longer walk) into the downtown area. Free parking is available on the street.  It’s located in a quiet area amongst other homes. The room was very nice with fantastic bedding and beautiful wool touches. The bed was wonderful and it was the best night’s sleep we had on our trip. We especially enjoyed chatting with the hosts who had great tips on places to visit and local stories to share. A nice breakfast was included. We would definitely recommend An Grianan to others.  We rarely give 5 stars so consider the 4 star rating a big thumbs up!
