Kilninver Chalet on Reelig Estate Near Inverness

We found the property to be much further from Inverness than we thought. It was difficult to find and my call to the property management company to assist with direction was never returned. It is a nice bungalow with a lovely view in a quiet setting. It was raining and cold, but the radiant heat was set low and it took overnight to be warm enough to be comfortable. There was a small electric radiant heater in the bedroom that did not provide adequate heat. We decided not to stay the next 2 nights and it was passed time to cancel so we lost that money according to the management company. We arranged to stay in Inverness instead. We would love a partial refund, but at the moment that seems unlikely.
