This was the first stop on a 2 week Scotland tour, three nights here upon arrival. Location was perfect, just off-block from the city center and hustle, but easy walking distance. Atmosphere was classy and lobby welcoming. Happily, the room was ready a bit early from check-in time as we tbought we would only be able to leave our bags. The room was comfortable, well lit, and had amenities like a mini apartment: mini fridge, wet bar, and supplies for coffee and tea. Generous bathroom and shower were fab. There was a loose tile on the bathroom floor that was annoying, but we didn't fuss as everything else was great. The supplied hairdryer was fantastic - amenable to a Dyson here in the USA. Pleasant surprise and my sister and I felt spoiled. Breakfast was also excellent for "continental style" and was one of the best for choices of our stay. Staff was professional and friendly. Loved Fraser Suites and would recommend again to anyone wanting to be on foot in the city and comfy when back at night to settle in.
