Carlowrie Castle

We got married at Carlowrie in May 2025 and couldn't have asked for a better day! We opted to hire the venue out for 2 days so that we could enjoy the castle the night before as well.  Not only is this venue absolutely stunning, with excellent decor and fascinating artwork, but the events team are flawless and knows precisely what they're doing. From start to finish, the team was absolutely fantastic! They were quick to respond to all my enquiries during the booking and run-up to the wedding. They were invaluable during visits, allowing us to visit as much as we wanted as well. The day before, we had full use of the grounds, allowing us to play tennis and enjoy the gardens. The chef cooked us a fantastic BBQ, and the full menu was delicious! The team were so attentive throughout the day and made the build-up to our wedding a bit more special! Our actual wedding day was executed flawlessly, with the team ensuring everything ran smoothly and like clockwork. Constantly holding things for the bride, fluffing my dress, ensuring we stayed hydrated (both water and alcohol!), and even helping clean the bride's dress when it got dirty!  Our guests have all commented on how incredible the venue and team were, as well as how excellent the food was.  I can't thank the team enough for their hard work - these are the exact type of people you need around you on your wedding day! The beautiful backdrop and scenery are just a bonus :)  We'll be thinking of excuses to throw a party so that we can come back!
