I stayed here twice in recent months, once for my partner's birthday and once for Brighton Pride. Let's just say that within 20 minutes of arriving the first time round we'd decided to book again for Pride! Why? Many reasons but above all else the amazing service and warm welcome from Louise, the Manager, and her team. Add an incredible breakfast, a great location by the beach and the building's great charm, and we were on to a winner. Yes, some of the rooms are a bit small, Yes, the floors creak and there's no lift, but if you want soulless chain hotel charm, other options exist. If like us you want a boutique BnB experience with superb staff, the Neo is hard to beat. Thanks for two great stays xx
