Wow just wow!! Ian is so lovely and greeted us as soon as we got there. He was sociable and welcoming. The hotel was lovely and warm and just what we needed after a miserable rainy day. Our rooms were clean and spacious and the beds were sooo comfy! We won’t ruin any surprises for you because Ian is so generous and thoughtful and we will definitely be staying here again as we come here at least twice a year. One thing I will add is we didn’t realise there was complimentary cereals and hot drinks, my son is lactose intolerance and Ian sure caters for this and we were thrilled when there was lactose free milk (even though there didn’t need to be) Thank you so much for having us!
