We really enjoyed our stay here. Host was excellent: knowledgeable and welcoming. Location was good, secluded enough but easy to get to all areas of the island. Food selection in kitchen was fab and available 24/7, never had that at a b&b before. Room comfortable and internet readily available too.

We had a great at Hogwarts bed and breakfast! The room was really spacious and it was really calm and cosy, there were lots of choices for breakfast and really good commodities!

Can't fault this accommodation - its gorgeous! Spotlessly clean and in a lovely quiet setting. Will definitely be staying here again!

Really nice clean little b&b with friendly staff. Its in a lovely area close to main holiday parks. The shower was a little small but otherwise it was fine and good value for what we paid. We’d be happy to stay there again. Ideal for people visiting families on the local holiday parks.

The property was very clean and tidy. The Continental Breakfast provided was varied, plentiful and fresh. We only met the owner, Rosie and one other member of staff called Linda.Both were very welcoming, nice, friendly and helpful.Unfortunately we didn’t really have time to investigate the area as our stay there had been for the purpose of visiting friends who we had met on previous holidays abroad and to attend their daughter’s wedding.We wouldn’t hesitate to book to stay at Hogwarts again in the future.

Fabulous B&B. Very clean big en-suite bedroom with separate sitting/dining area, also outside 'patio' area with table and chairs. Continental breakfast was amazing, the shared kitchen area was topped up several times a day, with fresh fruit, juices, cold meats, cheese, cereals, bread, tea, coffee & lots more and everything was spotlessly clean. Very highly recommended.

Beautiful B&B - Highly Recommended

Lovely stay at Hogwarts B&B for a little UK trip. We felt very well looked after by Michael and his wife. Plenty of food supplied for guests, with lots of choice for continental breakfast. Well placed to get to the nearby beaches yet tucked away in a quiet area. Best to have a car for ease of getting around. Would happily stay here again.

Lovely place with plenty of food

We had 2 nights here. The place is spotlessly clean. The room is really lovely and the bed is very comfortable. The owner cannot do enough for you. There is an endless supply of snacks available 24 hours a day, you just help yourself anytime. Excellent variety of hot and cold drinks too, all included in the price. The surrounding area is very peaceful. We are already planning our next visit and this will be a regular getaway for us. I would highly recommend it.

A little piece of heaven.

Clean and pleasant. Friendly, helpful host, though his political views are not for the sensitive. Very generous breakfast and snacks available all day.Only one quibble. Real coffee not available. Needs a proper coffee machine.Excellent value for money.Chest out, stomach in, knees straight, thumbs in line with your trouser seams!

Good place

Our stay was amazing, more than you could have asked for. They were accommodating from the very first moment. The accommodation was pristine and comfortable. There was food available if needed, and always with a smile. Parking was outside the accommodation and within easy walking distance. Has all the little things that you look for during your stay. I cant praise this accommodation more! The management deserve the same praise. They are hospitable and checked in regularly to make sure that all was well.

Praise Worthy

I was staying at Hogwarts for 1 night as I came for friend's wedding near by. The B&B offered everything I needed: was warm (end of Feb), very clean, had en-suite bathroom/shower, was quiet. It offered a continental breakfast with lots of teas/coffees, juices to chose from 24/7.For breakfast I could have a toast with jam/peanut butter etc, yogurts and a variety of fruits.I honestly don't remember all that was there as I just briefly whizzed in but the kitchen looked fully stocked up for visitors who would enjoy a continental breakfast (self-service). All that included in a very reasonable price per night.The owner himself is an utmost friendly person who made sure my short stay at Hogwarts was a pleasant,enjoyable and comfortable one. I would definitely recommend.

Peaceful and quiet area with great accommodation; comfy homelike feeling; access to communal kitchen filled with snacks and fruit and juices available at all times; nice assortment of breakfast foods. Overall a great stay. Our host Mike was very accommodating and a hoot. We would definitely stay again.

Peace, Quiet, and Comfort

Amazing site, facilities and friendly staff. Plenty of food for breakfast and lots of good coffee in a kitchen that is available all day. The twin room we had however, was beside the kitchen and a bit noisey. It had no windows that could be opened on a hot night and the blind was not a blackout blind. Not a problem if you're aware but the price was the same as much nicer rooms in the same building.

Great accomodation and friendly staff

We  loved the bungalow and the rooms, very quaint and clean.  Plenty of choice for breakfast and the owner was very friendly and couldn't be more helpful.Nothing much to do within the immediate surrounding area that we knew of.A bit off the the beaten track.  It was handy for us as we were visiting family in Sheerness.Our stay for the night was very nice.
