Extremely helpful polite and friendly staff, was very refreshing to be greeted and dealt with so enthusiatically. One staff member Abby even got me out of a major hole by printing off some important documents I needed for work. Definitely a level above the usual computer says no service I get from premier inns.Also shower was really powerful compared to most.

Had a lovely night stay. Receptionist very professional, quick and easy check inn. All staff in the hotel are very friendly and pleasant.Room very comfortable nice and tidy. Car park had enough spaces. Would definitely go back. Everything perfect

The rooms are clean and well maintained.  
Extra resources/facilities are available (additional tea/coffee etc or provision of iron/ironing board) upon request. 

The bed was extremely comfortable resulting in a very good night's sleep.

Great stay again. Fabulous team on reception, always happy to help with anything. The room was really clean as always. I will continue to use this hotel every time I'm in need of accommodation. Just can not beat this little one. The best in Medway in my opinion.

Lovely. Excellent customer service. Room was clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend. We stayed after a family wedding. It was so convenient and was easy to find. To add to it we was actually comfortable and not disturbed 

Great staff, great housekeepers, great clean rooms. Just great everything. I always get amazing service whenever I stay here in Rainham. They have changed the beds since my last stay, which was a pleasant surprise.

Excellent as always. Service is of high value and the staff are very friendly. They are always happy to help no matter what, big or small. My room was spotlessly clean and spacious. 
I will always use this branch of Premier Inn as its the best in the area.

We travel and stay in Premier inns most weekends, however this weekend we were super impressed! The hotel rearranged our booking as the lift was out of action and one of our part is a wheelchair user and we arrived to a complimentary gift in the room. Room super clean, accessible bathroom and fab meal in the restaurant next door.

We arrived very late, but the man at reception was very welcoming and friendly, the room was very comfortable and had what we needed, the whole experience was good and we were very happy we picked this hotel to stay.

Situated on a busy road. Bus stop (372) very convenient, just across from the hotel. Serves Lakeside and Hornchurch/Rainham the other way. Hotel entrance signage pretty poor, I ended up in the restaurant first trying to find the correct door. Staff excellent, nice welcome, cheery faces. Nice meal in the restaurant, fast and efficient waitress. Room faced the golf course, so away a bit from the road. Pretty quiet. All clean and the bed was very comfy. Wooden floors above, so could hear the occasional elephant above my room! Breakfast was the usual Premier Inn fare. Overall very good and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Clean and tidy spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Pretty much what you'd expect from a Premier Inn 🙂.... The restaurant next door had plenty to choose from for our evening meal but I would advise going to breakfast earlier as they did run out out hash browns when we arrived. Not that it spoiled my stay 🙂

A little extra 

Nice spacious rooms with very comfy beds and in a great location. Would advise paying for upgraded Wi-Fi as the hotel one is terrible. Also the bathrooms could do with a bit of freshening up but on the whole a nice little hotel with everything around you would need.
