Hotel was very clean. All the Staff so helpful and friendly.  Especially the receptionist on Sunday 7th Sep. When we returned after a long day she couldn't have done enough to check us in and get us a drink. Brilliant nights sleep, breakfast was delicious.  Definitely recommend.

Haizel is amazing! Very friendly and has good customer service. She made my stay a good experince and is an asset to the company! #payrise! 😊

We stayed one night to attend a party nearby. The staff were very friendly, the room was good but had only one chair so one of us had to sit on the bed to watch TV. The shower was excellent with good pressure and lots of hot water. The room temperature was adjustable so it was very comfortable. There was no desk in the room but we didn't need one. The room was fairly quiet even though our room faced the over spill carpark and the we could see the main road. The TV was very good with lots of TV channels to choose from. Next morning we had cooked breakfast which was very good and value for money. The girl who served was very friendly and nothing was a problem. Overall a pleasant stay. 

I would stay here again without any second thoughts. The staff were lovely; helpful, cheerful and always available, the accommodation was clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was really good.

I would like to say a huge thank you to EVERY member of staff at the hotel who made our stay comfortable during a difficult situation. Our home flooded and we stayed at the hotel for a week. The staff could not have done any more to help and assist us. My mother needed an adapted room and I had a double. Everything we needed was at hand. The restaurant food was lovely. The staff were aware that we were having a difficult time and helped in every way they possibly could. I cannot thank them enough. 
In addition the bed is the most comfy one I have slept in in a long time! Thank you :)

Premier Inns are usually fine, if a bit on the basic side, but this was a GREAT stay with a big comfy bed in a nice, big, quiet room, where I managed to rest AND work well, and a nice bathroom with a big, deep tub and a big headed shower that worked flawlessly. Staff was welcoming and helpful and I will MOST DEFINITELY stay again.

It was amazing. I was a bit apprehensive cos I’ve never been just by myself in a hotel but it was a really worthwhile experience, trust me 🥰. I totally recommend for anyone and everyone to be honest!

Place is nice a little tired around the edges. The staff are friendly and very welcoming and service with a smile is all that matter. Place was clean and tidy and the room was nice and warm. A nice place to stay 

We’ve stayed a couple of times in this hotel while visiting relatives. The staff are friendly, the rooms are very clean, good size. The public areas are clean although the restaurant seating needs to be changed as it’s getting on a bit. Overall it’s a great budget hotel in a good location and offers fantastic value for money. Would definitely have no hesitation booking again.

One night stay to attend a party

Superb staff, super comfy bed!

I stayed here for 4 nights on business and the service all in all was pretty good, especially what sounded like an Italian gentleman, who was absolutely exceptional.
It is not one of the newer Premier Inns however the room was fine with large tv, large bed and bath.
The one issue was it was extremely difficult to get in the restaurant and we were turned away or told there would be hours wait on a couple of occasions, despite it not looking that busy really.
All in all not the best, but certainly not the worst Premier Inn I’ve stayed in.

Good Service

I generally like Premier Inns. 
You know what to expect and that's what you get.
 However, I hadn't previously experienced a 'twin' room and found this doesn't really work for me.  You get a nice large double bed, and a smaller single bed pushed against a wall, under the window.  If you lay close to the wall, the cold seeps into you, and if you turn over and away from it, bits of you fall out !
I suppose in expecting 'twin' beds I thought they would both be the same., but that was not to be - which to be fair is what it says on the website now I have looked at it again in more detail.. However, the single bed, doesn't really work well and two single beds, better positioned would be maybe much more comfortable.
 The single bed has no individual night light and no bedside shelf / table. This means that all your 'personal' items, like phone,, glasses, book, tablet, glass of water, earrings, watch etc. have to be put within reach on the floor. Then if you need to go to the bathroom during the night you have to make sure you don't stumble over them whilst groping your way there - without the benefit of a night light within easy reach to be able to see.
Also there were only 3 towels, for two people to shower and hair wash with which was a bit tight when sharing with a partner - and more than one tea bag and coffee sachet would have been nice, as would removing old, stale water, presumably left there by a previous occupant - which was still sitting in the kettle.
On the plus side, the staff were super nice, the parking and location were excellent, and extra tea and coffer were available in the foyer.
The heater thermostat had simple instructions, but had a mind of it's own too. No matter how many times we tried to set it, it reverted itself back to it's original setting. Once in nightwear, we just accepted that was to be because, well because, there's nothing else we could do really was there ? - and there's no phone in the room to connect to reception to ask for help.
I've stayed in Premier Inns a few times before but this room style is a little more challenging than I've previously experienced vs when travelling alone.

Twin rooms could be improved.

Cheap and cheerful premier Inn, which needs a little TLC. Room clean however definitely needs a bit of repairs for example USB point broken so could not be used, mixer tap washer was coming out and fan unit in bathroom was noisy and a could do with a good scrub or replacing. Plug not attached to the chain 
Room was warm and clean. 
Staff were helpful and polite 
Breakfast even caters for vegans which is freshly cooked as well 
I don’t drive and was pretty dangerous trying to get to the nearest bus stop
