Sandy Glade Holiday Park

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Sandy Glade,we booked a gold caravan but,unfortunately when we got into the caravan, we were rather disappointed,there were quite a few things not right, so we took photos to show the reception staff that we did not cause any of these problems. When I showed the photos to the reception staff, they were mortified on what they saw. The reception staff could not apologise more, our family were upgraded to a platinum caravan. We don't like complaining, but on this occasion there was so many things wrong that we had to bring it to their attention. We were treated with the upmost respect, we had a fantastic holiday at Sandy Glade even the weather did not get us down. I would like to say a massive thank you to everyone who made our holiday wonderful, all the staff work tirelessly hard, every time we saw the staff, they were always polite and helpful, we really enjoyed our time at Sandy Glade and we can not wait to see you all again next year. Thank you all once again.
