Set back from the road, not disturbed by traffic noise. Everything working, nice complementary toiletries. Owner very accommodating for late arrival, had to leave before breakfast so cannot comment on this. Room spacious and clean, shower ditto. Best value I could find near Burnham about a month before the trip.
