Good hotel to stay during the summer time cause they got AC. Room is big and comfortable for more than 2 people.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Lucy Hughes for her exceptional assistance in catering to my specific dietary needs. Having recently returned from Italy, I found it challenging to readjust to English cuisine. I requested a steak served on a bed of salad, without onion rings, chips, or peas. Ms. Hughes fulfilled this request with remarkable efficiency and composure. I believe that all Premier Inn staff should take note of her exemplary service as the epitome of what this establishment strives to achieve.

We enjoyed our stay at the Premier Inn Helston as the staff were warm welcoming and friendly the room was good and quiet and the food was good value. We were able to come and go as we pleased and if we needed any questions answered they were done so quickly and professionally. 

Overall friendly staff , clean premises,Good food , just need a bit of tidy up outside as looking rather tired, beds very comfy , great value for money, just a little problem with layout of breakfast , but overall very good
Don't arrive early before your checking time , as they charge £10 for early check in, we only arrived 30 mins early and was told it would be £10 to check in , overall experience was very good

Stayed for a long weekend in helston, for a family break before Xmas. Lovely hotel. Clean room, plenty big enough for 4 of us as a base. Lovely team, really friendly and chatty. Made a fuss of the kids every time we walked past, which made their days! 
The restaurant was nice too although we only had breakfast so can’t comment on evening meals.

Stayed recently with friends and cannot fault the service and rooms we received. Staff were friendly and nothing was too much to ask. The adjoining May Tree pub next to the hotel served a great breakfast and cocktails!

Nice prime location with easy access with the free carpark and being on the outskirts of the town then in a built up area.
The staff was very helpful,the rooms very tidy, had a relaxing stay, very comfy rooms.
Would certainly recommend people to stay here when visiting the area.

Leisure break for my wife and I. Revisioing one of our favourite parts of the UK. Hotel ideally situated and warm and friendly staff made the visit relaxing and stress free. Just what we wanted.Highly recommend !

Visited for 3 nights.  Check in was friendly and efficient, room was clean.  Breakfast had excellent choice and reasonable quality. Staff helpful and friendly. Made very welcome by hotel and restaurant staff

The beds were big and comfortable and we slept well. However the room was far to hot without the air conditioning which is a bit noisy. There was plenty of shampoo and soap etc. The towels were huge and fluffy and the shower was powerful. The room was clean but there were a few stains on the walls and some thick dirt around the taps which I cleaned off for the next guests. Check in was quick as we had already paid and booked a good few weeks ago so we paid £61 for the night for  a family room on Sunday 28 July which is really good value. There is a restaurant next door for your evening meal and breakfast. Flambards is about a 4 minutes drive if you were thinking of going there. I would stay here again.

One night stay in Helston

My wife and I stayed at the Premier Inn, Helston over Christmas so we could see her sister's family nearby. Our room was functional as you expect at this kind of hotel and our bed was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and made us feel welcome when we arrived.

A minor niggle or two, firstly the bedroom windows don't open and the air conditioning whilst effective on temperature control doesn't seem to create much feeling of air movement in the bed area. My wife told me that she felt claustrophobic because of this. We suggest you take a fan.

Second one was that the bathroom extract fan didn't appear to work. We didn't realise this until the day we checked out, so I reported it to both the room maid and the receptionist.

The breakfast, served at the adjacent May Tree Inn, offered a good selection, our only gripe being that the bacon and sausages, although properly cooked, were not as hot as we would have liked.

An OK crash pad for three nights

Extremely comfortable stay in Premier Inn Helston. Staff very nice and rooms very comfortable and clean. My only gripe is that, the telephone signal and WiFi is not the best. Don't be depending on it for important emails or online work. Breakfast  was excellent as was dinner. May Tree staff so welcoming and helpful. Thanks for a great weekend 

Comfy stay in the Premier Inn, Helston

Stayed just a single night in this Premier Inn. Hotel staff were very good at check in and as expected the room was clean and tidy. We ate in the on-site pub/restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. The staff here were excellent and really looked after us, much more than I expected. The pub was clean and tidy and the menu had a good selection. Overall this is a good place to stay at a really good price.

Quick Overnight Stay

Very clean and tidy premises. Lad who was working by himself on the reception last night was polite and friendly, both myself and partner had a lovely conversation with him, especially when we accidentally lost our room card! The bed was comfy and the room was clean and tidy to a high standard. House keeping was brilliant and clean towels put into our room. Good, free parking. Would definitely return
