Very comfortable stay, room was clean and en-suite with over shower/bath, plenty of plugs and sockets for all your media needs, bed was comfy and had a good night sleep, no noise at all from inside or outside even though in the middle of Eastwood, I didn’t eat but looked reasonably priced.

I had no complaints on my stay, everything was fine and I would stay here again!

Room was fine for the price, simple but comfortable, but the staff were excellent, helpfull and accomadating even when issues arised (issues on my end, not the Inn), breakfast in the morning was also goid.

Easy to find..central to everything and comfortable and clean.

Met my mate who goes uni, it’s a bit out from the centre so had to get Uber or the train. But overall nice pub and the rooms are decent.

Staying nearby to work. The most amazing comfy huge beds (room 9) perfect after a 12 hour day… great friendly staff who gave us rooms with baths as requested.. busy friendly pub and close to amenities. Stayed before and would definitely recommend

I’ve stayed here twice now and each time was absolutely fine. Staff was incredible and very accommodating. I’ve booked again for when I’m travelling up in September and very happy to be staying again here.

Arrived at the pub/hotel location and had to wait around 10 minutes to be seen to due to combined service area. Once seen we was quickly give our room keys once we had confirmed identity’s. Before being shown to the hotel entrance and informed around what keys open which doors we asked a couple of questions around our stay which were promptly answered.Once we got to our room we was greeted by a modern and clean room which had a comfortable bed, bedside tables, tv and drink making faculties - the only negative thing was how much we could open the window however we understood why this was restricted (the issue with this we will get to later.) We had an en suit with our room which was clean and contained towels.We had a couple of drinks in the pub, while getting our drinks we was asked by one of the members of staff if we had a fan in the room, we explained that we had a small heater that could be turned cool but no fan and was told that they where trying to put fans in all the rooms. We finished our drinks before going into the local town for food before returning for another drink before retiring back to the room. Once we got back to the room we discovered that we didn’t have a fan in the room which we assumed we was getting - shame on us. We stayed in the room overnight which was really uncomfortable due to the heat and didn’t sleep well. Once using the shower in the morning the water pressure in the shower was poor but manageable.Would stay again but bring fan.

Good location but uncomfortable due to heat

For the price paid I thought it was good value.As I arrived fairly late in the evening and while the football was on in the pub, it took a little while to receive my room key from reception.Noise from the bar (including karaoke) was quite audible from my room, but after the pub shut I had no issues getting to sleep!Basic room, but had a TV and own loo /shower.Not too bad for £25.

The staff were very friendly (which helped a lot, primarily because I was alone and my first time in Norttngham/Eastwood)But (without sounding derogatory) it's likely *not* the place for people expecting peace and quiet at the weekend (given that the rooms are situated above the bar) Personally I loved it (and it gave me an excuse to join in with the other patrons in the bar....who, along with the staff were very friendly and welcoming)

We had a lovely stay. The staff were so helpful when we arrived and I was so impressed and grateful to them. They were only young but so mature, pleasant and just lovely to me and my mum.Breakfast was beautifully served. It was hot and staff again were lovely and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Great short stay 3 nights. Single room (#7) was just fine. Nice size, well decorated and furnished. Great bed. Breakfast really v good.If you're a light sleeper and you need the window open, there's a fair amount of passing traffic around the back of the property.Can be lively of an evening in the pub below.

Your very basic room really, has a comfy bed, and decent shower, though tell you what, the food here is something else, cheap and very delicious after spending time in Paris and London this trip, the food at this place does em both to shame, very friendly, helpful staff also, would definitely stay again

If you love great food stay here

I stayed there one night as I attended an event in a nearby place. For my purposes the location couldn't be better. And it was anyway close to the centre of Eastwood. And the bus stops were very close if you need to use public transport. I had a clean and comfortable room with a bathroom. With extra cost I ate a good full English breakfast. Staff was friendly.

A very comfortable stay

Property was ok, clean enough, but just a bit tatty. The shower curtain was yellow at the bottom with black mould around the bath. Room was also very hot. Unable to use car park as full so had to pay for parking. Glad it was only a one night stay
