Great guesthouse with fantastic view. Hosts Angela and Peter are wonderful and welcoming. Delicious breakfast! Rooms very comfortable and well equipped. Hosts provided good suggestions for activities and sights.

What an amazing place, can't fault it in any way, scored 11/10..The view from our room was stunning, also the breakfast was  perfect, it was so clean, it's the best  place for cleanliness I ve ever been to. 

Beautiful & Cute. My Fiancé & I arrived to a warm welcome by Angela the host. The double room was so clean and cozy! Live the decor :). Coffee and tea in the rooms we was also offered a pot of tea on arrival. We had keys so could come and go as we pleased. We could choose our breakfast for the morning also! Which was beautifully cooked. I showed my partner how scrambled egg is supposed to be haha! Great from beginning to end! Thank you! 

Received excellent service and was made to feel at home from Aung and Pete. Very nice people.
The accommodation was very neat and tidy with also a gorgeous view of the sea-view which we had requested.
In a perfect location with many restaurants surrounding - however they produced a cracking breakfast.
Overall a very pleasant experience, would certainly recommend.

The best B and B I’ve stayed in by far.
Room 1 was large, very well furnished,clean and modern with amazing coastal views.The hosts were very warm and attentive but not intrusive . Breakfast was excellent in the bright conservatory, easy parking was on site at the front of the property .Difficult to rate this B and B highly enough, it should be first choice if you are looking to stay in Harlech and I will certainly be back next time I visit the area.

Stayed for one night. Host was lovely and room view was equally lovely. We could have sat and looked out of the room window all evening as view was stunning. Room was very comfortable, private and quiet. Room en-suite was great. We had own key with access and parking. Short walk into Harlech and castle. Would advise booking restaurant on a Saturday evening! Will use again!

Excellent accommodation with very comfortable bed and amazing view of Harlech golf course, beach and beyond. Superb breakfast. Lovely, helpful and accommodating hosts. We stay here regularly and will definitely return.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff, advice was given on places to visit and eat. Information for any questions was easily accessible. Excellent variety of breakfast choices. Room was kept extremely clean and had lovely sea view. Peaceful and quiet, no traffic noise. In a good location for historical sites nearby.

Just come back from a  three night  stay with my sister was GREAT

Easy to book online and very good communication.  Very accommodating because we wanted to leave our car at Dol Aur prior to checking in.  A lovely, spacious room (Room 1) with views of the beach.  All the "little extras" one would hope for were also provided.  
The bed was super large and very comfortable.  The bathroom was well-equipped with a towel warmer and a very effective shower.

A good system in place for ordering breakfast which was served freshly prepared (fruit salad with greek yoghurt & granola) and freshly cooked (English breakfast).

To make our stay even better were Angela & Peter - the most lovely, friendly & chatty hosts!

We would definitely recommend staying at Dol Aur!

We visited Dol Aur with friends whilst walking the coastal path.  We arrived hot and tired but received a warm welcome and a much appreciated pot or tea each.  The rooms were spotless and the view over the coastline was stunning (binoculars thoughtfully provided).  The breakfast choice was very good and we noticed the car parking was spacious.

Superb Views!

The plaque inside the front door sums up our visit: ‘You enter as strangers, you leave as friends’.  Angela & Peter were such warm hosts without being intrusive.  Our room was beautiful, so light and airy with lovely sea views.  The bed was very comfortable and extras such as the fridge with fresh milk and bottled water were a bonus.
Breakfast was freshly made offering a wide choice.
Although we are Welsh, Harlech was new to us and the area around is stunning.  We will return and it will definitely be to Dol Aur!  Thank you both for a very enjoyable stay!

Superb!

This is an excellent B and B. To say anything I will simply be reiterating the message of others but it is the ideal place to stay. Angela is a wonderful host, and made us feel very welcome. We mentioned dietary requirements in advance and Angela and Peter were only happy to accommodate this, allowing us a very enjoyable and stress-free trip.

It is situated perfectly in the very hilly Harlech, with a spectacular view. On arrival we were welcomed with tea - we are from yorkshire, so this is a stamp of quality let’s be honest - and given some recommendations on where to eat etc. The breakfast was lovely and it’s not too far from snowdon (45 minutes or so) so we could enjoy both the beach and the mountain. It is so clean, so quiet and so peaceful we are planning on going back. 

Highly recommended.

WOW!! from arrival to departure, absolutely outstanding, the b & b is beautiful, and immaculate in every way, the views from the room we had room 1 was fantastic, sea view from all windows, sitting on the bed and looking at the sea. Breakfast was beautiful 😍,  if I could rate higher than a 5 I would.  We will be back. PERFECT PLACE  beautiful indoor, outdoor... omg... everything, the bedrooms were so clean, I couldn't find any faults, and in my past jobs I always check everything 😉.
I can't wait to go back again, harlech is in my heart, and this b & b has made it so I can go back again and again.
