Stayed here on Sat and we had the best sleep ever
So comfortable
Fridge in bedroom with chilled still & sparking water, orange, coke & lemonade
Tea, coffee and cookies
Breakfast was excellent
All you could ask for

We normally book a travel lodge or something similar, but decided as this was very local nd reviews were very good, booked this little b n b
We arrived a little early which wasn't a issue nd parked in the car park.... 
Very quiet location nd easy to find 
Booked in nd was impressed with how clean everything was... Room a good size with a en suite, bed very comfortable 
Slept very well nd went down to breakfast nd selection of cereal nd fresh fruit available 
Cooked breakfast was very good nd all fresh produce nd excellent quality

We needed somewhere to stay after visiting the impressive Henstead Exotic Garden and within a short drive of East Ruston Old Vicarage Garden. Having searched the web for B&Bs with Excellent ratings, we found this establishment, and booked direct for two nights.

It is a cosy, homely, very clean and well decorated house in which we occupied the twin bedded Room 2. There are three more guest bedrooms all with en suites. Room 2 has a small mini fridge containing a few complimentary items, comfortable beds, and overlooks the large front garden. The shower is excellent. There is also a guest sitting room, and off road parking.

Breakfasts are superb. I had the full English minus bacon (my choice), whereas my wife had scrambled eggs on toast. We also enjoyed the fresh raspberries and strawberries, the granary toast and the tasty coffee. Cereals are also available.

We were well looked after by the helpful and friendly Sonja and David. Many thanks. Some photos are attached.

We stayed at this B&B for one night. The owners are very friendly.
It is spotlessly clean & the bed we had was really comfortable. We appreciated the cold drinks in the fridge. 
We were asked on check in our breakfast choice. I hate deciding what I should like for breakfast the night before. We made a choice but I had buyer’s remorse almost immediately. Happily I was able to change at breakfast time. 
We regularly travel and stay in B&Bs and hotels. This B&B has succumbed to the curse of the  B&B owners propensity to laminate many ‘Do not’ posters. We know it’s your home, however you are charging hotel rates so please don’t expect me to be grateful for paying to stay.

Highly recommended B&B

Booked four overnight stays at four different places while doing the Norfolk coast path national trail. This was my last of them and by far the most expensive, indeed I paid less at my first nights b&b and that was a classy 4 star accommodation. So I guess my expectations were high.
On a positive note everything was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was of the highest standard. On a hot day the complementary drinks in a small refrigerator in the bedroom were most welcome.The ensuite though was disappointingly small for me in a double room as a single occupant. Also as a lover of fresh coffee I had justified the expense of the stay as my hotel search engine promised a coffee machine but there was none just the usual sachets found in umpteen bedrooms when away from home. So sadly not the way I wanted to spend my last night on this long distance walk
