Every thing has been thought of, everything is where you need it, huge room, spotlessly clean, loads of towels, comfy bed.  Tea, coffee biscuits, fresh milk, fridge, hairdryer.  Two comfy chairs and table plus dressing table and chair.  Great choice in the breakfast room and breakfast cooked to order.  It’s the little touches that make it extra special and I could not fault a thing. ( and I think that’s a first)!

This guest house never fails or lower thier standards. The rooms are well decorated and spotlessly clean.
There breakfasts are absolutely amazing and delivered with a smile. They are most helpful giving you information on what's on and where to visit. This is our third time here and it will definitely not be our last.

This guest house is everything you could want, and more. Tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable rooms; a very good bed; a clean bathroom with good shower and nice, soft towels; an amazing breakfast; and wonderful owners! The mini fridge, and comfy chairs and little reading table in the room were really thoughtful and welcome additions too. It really feels like a home away from home.

Returned to Great Yarmouth after 25 years and had a wonderful 3 night stay in this little gem of a place. Was greeted with a friendly smile which is always a welcome introduction to a lone traveller. Willie and Keith made my little escape a fabulous opportunity to recharge my batteries. Their conversations are witty, nothing is too much trouble and knowledge of what’s in the area is so helpful. Everywhere smells so lovely. My room was marvellous - a fridge (with bottled milk and water), plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits in glass pots, I detest those little plastic cartons and packets. The bathroom has the most spacious shower. Breakfast is superb - so much choice and cooked to your own taste. To sum up - a fabulous break and I am highly recommending a stay here. I most certainly will be returning.

My partner and I love this guest house. You get a warm welcome and it feels like home. Breakfast is fantastic and you are well looked after without it being intrusive. The rooms are well sized, immaculate and cleaned every day. Saffrons is conveniently situated for the beach and the arcades as well as shopping and restaurants. Cannot recommend this guest house enough.

What a gem- by far the best guest house I’ve ever stayed in. A lovely room with separate dressing room and bathroom. Breakfast was a real feast- lovely selection of fruit cereals yogurts and cooked dishes. Nothing was too much trouble for Keith and Willie who were very knowledgeable about the area and had loads of ideas for entertainment.
