Recently stayed in this little gem on the Norfolk broads. The park is beautifully situated and the best kept park we have visited.
The caravans are spotless, spacious, and very comfortable and cosy.
Peaceful and tranquil surroundings yet still close to local amenities. With some very good cafes and restaurants.
The parks owners and staff are always at hand should any problems occur.
Would highly recommend a stay at the Norfolk broads country park.

After much searching for a little family break away, we came across Norfolk Broads Country Park, the reviews were good and the pictures looked great, so thought, let’s give it a try.

Upon arrival we were greeted at the reception desk by Nina who was so, so friendly, nothing was too much trouble. She guided us to our caravan and first impressions were fantastic.
Parking right outside was a bonus too. Although there isn’t a 24hr reception to walk into there are  staff members who are available via phone if there are emergencies, etc.

When we entered the caravan we were blown away by just how clean and tidy it was. We’ve had bad experiences at other parks historically so we said to ourselves let’s give a caravan holiday one more chance as they can’t all be bad.
We are so glad we did, this holiday completely changed our view on these sort of breaks away, so much so, that we have decided that we will rebook to come here next year soon.
We were incredibly lucky with the weather too which just topped off a lovely time away from home.
There is enough to do especially if you’re a family, you can do a Broads Tours which isn’t that far away if you are driving, there is a fairly large shop within walking distance which sells everything you could possibly need.

This park was a lovely hidden gem, we didn’t want the entertainment that some of the larger brands offer, we wanted something much quieter and relaxed and that is exactly what we got.

We can’t wait  to return!

Arrived today, staying in one of the New 2024 Caravans (sleeps 4). It's by far the biggest Caravan I've stepped foot in! It's modern, clean, spacious, and well equipped.

Quiet area, with a couple of local pubs in walking distance, fish & chip shop, ice cream, and some convenience stores within walking distance. A larger Tesco is just 10min drive. 

Lovely green space for kids to play.

No other facilities, so not like the larger Holiday Parks.

Bring Your Own Towels, Toilet Rolls and Tea Towels/Oven Gloves. Otherwise, everything provided.

Simple, Minimal, Friendly and Value for Money.

Spent the best 2 weeks at this lovely holiday park. The caravan was the best caravan that we have stayed in to date, lovely and clean. Only downside no iron and ironing board and hoover, but other than that perfect! The site is as described, quiet, tranquil and warden monitored. Met on day of arrival by Tracey who showed us to our caravan and informed of the local pub and shops. Also met Nina who was also friendly and polite, nothing too much trouble! I would highly recommend this site if you want quiet and relaxing. Will definitely be back

This park is great very clean and very well set out and you can here a pin drop it's that quiet if you have children then I would say it's not for you as there is nothing for kids to do . We stopped in the serene caravan number 69 and it was extremely clean and a nice modern van and the Christmas tree and decorations was a very nice touch there was a couple of things wrong ??? The extraction fan is so noisy it gave me a headache (not sure if it's normal to make that noise) and the mattress is so soft you can feel the springs on it ( must be difficult the owners because everyone is different but for me it's to soft ) my mother in law stayed in a different caravan which was also extremely clean  they had a problem with the boiler one morning  they rang the owners of the caravan park and it was sorted within a hour. We like it that much we will be back in 2024 really enjoyed our stay 

What a beautiful site, quiet, friendly with everything you need a couple of minutes each direction out of the park, Tracey was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble if you needed anything, Potter heigham is few minutes walk away and is just so pretty, right on the waterfront! We all really enjoyed our week's stay here, we had a gorgeous caravan, plenty of room for the 4 of us, everything was just great, we will definitely return here, what a fabulous holiday!

What an absolutely amazing place! I'm actually a bit cautious about sharing my feedback as I don't want the park to become so popular that it gets fully booked! But now I've already booked our week for next summer, I'll share my review! 😂

The park is immaculate and really well laid out. The flowers and gardens are beautiful and well maintained. Our arrival was very straightforward, we were given a warm welcome by the hosts and were quickly into our caravan. The caravan was spotlessly clean, modern and very comfortable. The kitchen was decently equipped with the coffee machine which was a welcome addition. As I'd read previous reviews, I knew to take basics with me like washing up equipment, condiments etc so that was fine.

The site has about 70 caravans or so, not that you'd realise as it's very quiet and doesn't seem that big. Our caravan faced onto a lovely field where the kids had plenty of space to play and make friends.

There aren't any facilities on the site but that's not an issue as a 5 minute walk to the left of the entrance, there's a little corner shop which has all the essentials and 10 mins walk to the right is Latham's in Potter Heigham which sells absolutely everything. There are some lovely places to eat within a short walk - The Falgate Inn and Norada we would highly recommend and the Nippy Chippy by the bridge is great. Potter Heigham is a great base for exploring Norfolk, there's so much to see and do. All in all, we had a great week and we've already booked for next summer!

Very quiet site. No noise at all during our stay. Our c/van was on the edge of the field, so at least we weren't looking onto or into other c/vans.  Other visitors with dogs used this field frequently, not ideal really as that is where ours and other children played,  Didn't see any mess left by the dogs and they were on leads (mostly) but still, not great. 

Park your car next to your c/van.
Our c/van did not have decking but this wasn't a big deal. Outside a picnic bench is provided  and we had plenty of space for our camp chairs. Inside was very clean and tidy. Beds were very soft, uncomfortably soft to be honest. Kitchen is well stocked with cutlery, plates, cups, glasses  and cooking utensils. 
Tip: Remember to take a teatowel and dishcloth.
Very good free wifi and a large tv.

No shop on site but a ten minute walk to the local ones soon solves that. One very large shop sells just about everything you could imagine!
Turn left out of the site for a five minute walk to the local pub, just be careful as no footpath for the last 50 metres. Recommend the gammon!
Turn right out of the site and ten minutes your at the shops with an excellent fish and chip shop just over the bridge.

Overall, lovely clean quiet site very handy for north Norfolk with all it has to offer. Recommended.

What a lovely place to stay. The greeting we received when we arrived was friendly and very helpful and we were shown personally to our lodge.
The lodge was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and very comfortable. The actual site is quite small but very nicely laid out and very quiet.
There are no facilities on site but there are places to do some shopping, to eat and drink within a five minute walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would happily return.

This will be our second year at the park and we have decided to book again for next year, we had a lovely caravan older stock, but certainly well maintained and comfortable.and is a credit to the team who run the site.
shop's cafe and other places to eat are within within walking distance and access to the Broads is excellent as the site is perfectly situated to explore the Norfolk Broads - boat trips from Wroxham and the coast Cromer, Sheringham and Great Yarmouth all within a short drive.
