Had a lovely one night stay on the way somewhere else. Kindly accepted me checking in later than advertised and from then on were courteous and efficient. The room and bathroom were absolutely spotless. The breakfast excellent. 

Great room, very clean, spacious and everything we needed. Followed the recommendation of the Speyside Hotel for our dinner, which was nice and just what we needed. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice. We will definitely come back. Thank you. 

Just had a couple of nights stay here from 24th July, till 26th July with some friends. Room was very clean and spacious, bed was comfy and breakfast was excellent. The couple who have this guesthouse are very friendly and I would highly recommend this place to stay

The Guesthouse Willow Bank is without doubt the most pleasant place where we stopped, with my wife and four American friends, for one night during our recent long trip to Scotland.
The village and countryside are magnificent, the accommodation and breakfast (included in the total price of £ 90 for two) are exceptional in cleanliness, quality and service. More than anything else I was moved by the constant availability and discretion of the managers. Thanks to them, from the heart !!

Jan and Janny are very welcoming hosts and the accommodation is extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean .
Delicious breakfasts with lots of choice eaten in a very pleasant conservatory at the front of the property 
Grantown has a variety of pubs and restaurants for evening meals 
The hosts are most helpful  sharing local knowledge about walks and places of interest .

Very good Guesthouse in the middle of the whisky trail and castles. Very warm and friendly welcoming by the Dutch owners. Nice comfortable room with en-suite.
Breakfast is superb, choices enough and freshly made. It was excellent.

We visited on our cycling trip around the highlands and Willowbank was our first stop. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating and made us feel at home. The room was very comfortable and I got a great night's sleep. The breakfast was really good as well and is situated in a lovely conservatory.

We booked a comfort room it was spacious absolutely spotless  and the most comfortable bed .The hosts were delightful and we felt safe with their COVID   protocol.  We picked what we wanted for breakfast from a checklist and WhatsApp it to the
 owners and we were given a timeslot. The Breakfast was amazing freshly cooked with good quality ingredients. We would recommend Willowbank to everybody. The location is good as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 

Clean, comfortable, tasty breakfast with many choices and sufficient to set us up for our day’s cycling. Jan & Janny are friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble for them.  We were caught in the rain and got soaked and they offered to dry our jackets and they were ready to wear again the next morning. 

Jan and Jenny were wonderful hosts and the guest house was excellent.

Room was comfortable and breakfast was lovely.

Cycling weekend

The communication, helpfulness and friendliness of the hosts was vey much appreciated. The guesthouse is well placed for exploring the Cairngorms, the Glenlivet Estates, and the local area.  We did many walks and cycling from here and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Willowbank was very clean and the adoptive manner to meet covid requirements was well implemented and very innovative.  Times to return to the room were restricted to help with sanitisation, however this should not be ignored and seen as a positive measure during the current situation. The room (we had an upgrade thank you), was spacious and the bed was very comfy.  We found that the breakfast served here was probably the best of our holiday, thank you.  We would highly recommend and will try to return when we can; it is a great place to stay and you know you are going to leave well nourished for the days activities.   Many items have been removed from rooms to assist with sanitisation and ease of cleaning. Parking is available on site, even if you have you to navigate the narrowest entry to gain access.  The owners were perfect hosts and we enjoyed our stay.

A lovely stay with great breakfast

We stayed one night at Willowbank. Jan and Janny take their covid safety responsibilities seriously but without being intrusive. We felt very safe and relaxed here.  The B&B is spotless.  Room was quite small but fine for us with a comfortable bed and hot shower. Breakfast was really excellent. There's also a private car park. Would certainly stay again.

The rooms and common areas were very clean.  Our separate bathroom was large but I did not find the water pressure in the shower to be sufficient to wash my long hair.  We had the attic room which, with the slope ceilings, would be difficult for anyone above average height.  The breakfast was excellent.  There is a parking lot for a few cars, though parking on the street is easier if you can find it.  The b&b is within walking distance of the center of town.  The hosts are exceedingly polite.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had a downstairs room which was quite spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast in the next morning - good options for meat Eaters and vegetarians- and found the owners very welcoming and helpful. It's a good location and we were directed to a fine nearby pub for pie and chips. We later walked through town to a bar at the Grant Arms and found the whole village quite easy to get around and charming. It was an easy trip from the Cairngorms where we had done a day hike. We drove on to Culloden and Inverness the next day.  It was quite a pleasant stop

Lovely overnight

We were working at a wedding close by, so we stayed two nights at Willowbank. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed! The breakfast was delicious and we especially loved how the host came out to chat after we were done eating to make sure we enjoyed everything/ ask about our days. Would definitely recommend!
