After staying at another Premier inn recently in Bridlington, and having an awful experience with the food, we were apprehensive to say the least but the hotel at Grantham has renewed our trust with your brand as the overall standard of both the hotel and the food next door was outstanding.

I had not stayed in the Hotel for six months, but the Hotel itself does not disappoint with the service and sleep quality. Happy to see that the restaurant  service and food quality has returned to its normally high standard since my last stay, even with some menu items not being available.

Check in was great, Colin was brilliant, the room was very clean and tidy. The bathroom facilities were also great with a nice hot shower after a long days work. The room was nice and warm at night, so couldn’t ask for more. Also it was great having a bar and restaurant beside the hotel.

What a lovely stay! Staff were super friendly, We got given complimentary beers and fruit shoot on arrival which was a nice touch. The room was clean and big no issues plenty of space for kids to play around. We had breakfast the next morning everything fresh and had a table booked for us.

Older woman stranded at Grantham station this was the perfect place to stay .Reception staff were so friendly & supportive to a very weary traveller - both on the phone before arrival & at checking in. The room was super clean, comfy bed & great shower. Cooked breakfast excellent - with a toaster set to give 'brown' toast first time around - that is rare enough to deserve a mention !!

Stayed at the Premier in which was great, however the pub next door was a bit quiet so they kicked out the customers at 9.30, alot of pissed off people who wanted to have a few beers after a long day.

We enjoyed a good night here thanks to the help and assistance given by Charlotte the receptionist. She went out of her way to make sure we were completely satisfied with our room. Thank you Charlotte

We stayed here just before our wedding in nearby Aswarby. 
Karen on reception was absolutely lovely and there is nothing quite like a Premier Inn breakfast to start the day - especially when it's a big one! 
We always find ourselves well rested and know what we are getting - a good night's sleep on a comfy bed followed by a proper breakfast.

Nice quiet location, hotel fully booked but still quiet, breakfast freshly cooked and presented very well, good stay and good sleep. The receptionist, Karen, changed my room on request as I wanted the top floor, very helpful and polite.

Stayed just the one night every thing I needed friendly staff always there to help lovely food evening meal and breakfast was lovely  would defiantly recommend the hotel and a very easy location to get to

Just what I needed

After the website didn’t let me know at the time the accessible room had not in fact been booked , I was left with a double and my mum needing a accessible room .. Karen managed to rearrange some rooms and make this happen.. she was so helpful, shame the web site not so , ( maybe something they could look at , not leave you thinking you have booked proper room ) the staff in the hotel though I couldn’t fault, especially Karen , thank you for the help

Karen is an absolute credit to the company! Hotel is a classic premier inn with an attached restaurant, all good and as you would expect. Great location and good atmosphere. Good location for Grantham and all it covers …. Honestly, Karen is the star of the show!
