You always know what you are getting with the premier inn and the team are so welcoming in both Premier inn and Brewers Fayre. Clean rooms and friendly staff, can't ask for anything more.  Will detonated be back again.

Great stay, easy to find, and Heather did us a massive favour helping recover some misplaced luggage. She received an empty taxi for us with just the luggage and paid for it for us! Thanks Heather you were brilliant. Would stay again if am ever in town!

We stayed for three nights to do some sightseeing. The beauty of Premier Inns is you know what you are getting in terms of facilities. However we thought our room was scrupulously clean and well appointed, and the receptionists, all of them, were friendly, kind, helpful. We were left wondering why we sometimes book more expensive hotels when Premier Inns are such value for money. Thankyou for making our first visit to Scotland special.

Enjoyed an extremely comfortable stay here. Just 20 minutes from Edinburgh Airport with easy connections to Edinburgh centre for a fraction of the price of other hotels. Room was spacious, with bath and shower. To top it off, it's just 10 minutes from the Kelpies.

We stayed for 2 nights in Falkirk East as a family of 4 (including a 3 year old and a 9 month old baby) to have some quality family time and visit the Falkirk wheel. We received such a warm welcome on arrival and every time we passed through reception. A special thanks to Graham for being so friendly and helpful in recommending local things to do, and providing all the information needed for our stay. The room was a great size for a family, with plenty of space for toys, a cot and a pram. The hotel is in a great location and the soundproofing is great, so you can't hear the traffic or other guests. We will definitely be booking Premier Inn in the near future! Thank you.

What a great hotel situated close to the motorway and Falkirk, the rooms were clean and tidy all the staff were polite and friendly, especially Graham on reception who gave us some great information about the area and also information on our last day which was a trip to St Andrews and he told us the best places to park and go for a great Golf experience.

Had an absolutely amazing stay here in February! The hotel and room were both perfect, and the staff were always going above and beyond! Graham was so welcoming and always helpful with recommendations of where to go, what to see and where to eat 🤤 can't wait to be back

Graham on the reception team is amazing, he always has the warmest smile and the friendliest welcome when he greets you, yet always remains professional. The room we was in wasnt the best this time around due to it being a disabled lowered bath rather than a wet room but this is just a personal prefrence of ours and the wet room being unavailable during our stay. That being said we still cant fault the hotel at all, the cleanliness of it, the friendliness of the staff (again especially Graham) and the delicious food from cadgers brae next door was also a hit and the location of the hotel is perfect for us. Not our 1st time staying here and definitely wont be our last.

We have stayed at Falkirk East (Cadgers Brae) before and again was a terrific stay. Great location with super helpful and friendly staff. Room was very clean. Really quiet so slept very well.Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Great location, very easy and simply to check in. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was lovely and quick. Room was very spacious and clean. Large bed and black out blinds for a good sleep. Excellent check out time. Will return

Wonderful stay

Stayed here over the Christmas holiday, nice to get away for Christmas.
The room was very comfortable and clean with the elves - I mean, staff - all very cheerful and helpful.  Bed excellent as always, great sleeps.
Maybe not your first choice for location - good views down to Grangemouth! - but when it's lit up at night it could be New York on the horizon...

A week in Polmont...

Amazing family-friendly hotel in a great location

Graham the most friendliest person to greet you at reception at the Premier Inn Falkirk East.

Graham on reception is a credit to an already fabulous team.

Comfortable and clean as you would expect from this chain of hotels. Friendly efficient staff, including the cheery ‘good mornings’ from the busy people readying vacated rooms as we left for the day. Slight problem with hit breakfasts due to lack of staff at on site restaurant (common everywhere it seems atm) but that was resolved by the time I was ready for breakfast the next morning. A very pleasant stay.  

Pleasant experience…

Stayed one night with my family at Falkirk East Premier Inn and have to say, it definitely exceeded my expectations. We travel a lot in the UK and abroad but haven’t used Premier Inn for many years. We were pleasantly surprised by the standard of accommodation.
Good location, plentiful parking, nice welcoming staff, clean and modern room/ bathroom, quiet, comfortable bed and everything we needed for an overnight stay. Fulfilled all our needs for a convenient stay in Falkirk.
